John was so kind & helpful. He came out as a non urgent call-out to open my garage door. It was really tricky, requiring lots of different tricks to get it unlocked (linked to an electrical motor / fob / zapper). He was patient, friendly, professional & kept me updated throughout. John arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired a multilock door which had a broken gearbox. It was too complicated for me to understand, let alone fix. He carried a spare identical gearbox in his van and was finished 30 minutes later. Excellent work and a very nice man.

Can’t recommend John enough. He arrived within 1.5 hours of my initial call when my key snapped in half in the lock and was so quick and efficient I didn’t even have time to boil the kettle to make him a cup of tea! Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you John!

Lovely fast service and a pleasure to deal with, John went over and above to source and replace two locks for me and before he left he quickly fixed a door handle for me that was hanging off precariously. I would highly recommend.
