Excellent service from Pete. Found locks n tools the night before and enquired on WhatsApp, by the morning they had replied and could offer same day service for lock replacement. Not an hour later they messaged advising they could come earlier due to a cancellation. Pete was punctual, polite and so friendly and helpful. Changed our locks and offered additional advice and other company recommendations for different works we are planning. Really happy with the cost and service. Highly recommend.

Pete came to my home today, not only did what I had asked but pointed out what else was needed to bring both entrance doors back up to a fully usable and maintained standard. Really appreciate what Pete was able to do using his expertise.

Wow! I had read the amazing reviews and thought them too good to be true, but Jani was amazing. I just called on the day and he said he would be out a bit later, he turned up early and fixed a problem I had on a front door lock. He never tried to sell me replacement mechanisms etc, but simply adjusted a particular part of the existing lock and oiled the mechanism. All done in under 30 minutes and at a very good price. All on a very old door. Very polite friendly man . Would absolutely recommend Jani to anyone.

I highly recommend Jan! After explaining that our patio doors had been sealed shut by a previous tradesman and the lock was completely broken, he came the same day and tackled the tricky job with expertise. He had all the required parts ready in his van, was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and worked efficiently while keeping everything tidy.
