We now have a fortress of a work van thanks to Ian at Lockwell Security in Canterbury. Their website is great; very clear & informative. Ian's advice was spot on & he didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. The service was fast & the installation was done at our showroom in Broadstairs for our own convenience. Our work van is now secured belt & braces, inside & out with multiple security measures. An excellent job all round & well worth the investment, plus the peace of mind.

Called Ian at Lockwell Security LTD on Monday, concisely detailed the products he offered and following a 2 minute phonecall booked in Thursday to fit two deadlocks and internal and external plates to my new Nissan Primastar van. Garry was quick to respond to my email and book to come and fix my door lock issues. He arrived on time and carried out a service to identify the problem then replaced the parts needed for a reasonable price which was clearly stated before starting.

Fantastic service!! Our door lock broke on our way out of the house, googled local locksmith and Gary was with us within 20 minutes. Sorted our door, changed handles and made spare keys for us all in less than an hour. Lovely man, fantastic service, can’t recommend him enough!

Charlie arrived today to fix my front door lock..he went above and beyond to get the door locking properly again and he had it fixed in no time. Very professional, friendly service and a good price considering he had to replace the whole locking mechanism and give me three new keys. I would definitely recommend Charlie to others .

I left my house in a rush this morning and I was tired so, subsequently I forgot to pick up my keys. As soon as the front door closed, I realised what I'd done. I phoned Charlie and he answered immediately. He came out and was with me within 25 minutes of calling. He managed to open my door without changing the lock either. I would definitely recommend Charlie, he was so polite, friendly, yet professional at all times. A real life saver!

I recently had a new front door fitted but unfortunately there had been a problem with the mechanism resulting in me being locked in my house a couple of times and I had lost all trust in the window & door company who fitted it. I contacted Charlie asking if he would service the door and check for any issues. Charlie came next day, he was calm, friendly and knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. Would happily recommend and would definitely use again.

Charlie came out on the Sunday after Christmas, 20 mins after the initial phonecall! We were back in the house within 5 minutes of him arriving! Absolute superstar and very reasonable price! Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. And the price was decent too. 10/10, will be keeping his number for the future.

I was meeting a friend for lunch in Canterbury and needed some small wood screws so I visited Wincheap Hardware. The lady who served me was very helpful and didn't mind me going back to double check I'd bought the right size. Also the price was very good considering I only needed a few screws. I like to support small businesses and often the cheap online products aren't worth the money. Very satisfied.

We had incredible service from John on a Sunday with a key jammed in our lock. He arrived within 10mins of speaking to him, was able to very quickly solve it and didn’t charge us despite us offering and the inconvenience for him of coming to our house. He offered advice to help avoid the problem in the future too. A real class act and you’re in very good hands with John. I’d recommend him to anyone.

John is a local Ashford Kent locksmith. Our front door lock had broken out of normal working hours. John arrived very quickly to my house in Ashford and replaced the broken lock with a new one with 5 spare keys. Less that an hour since I called him we had a new lock fitted. Thank you John. Absolutely brilliant! Can recommend as honest, trustworthy and incredibly helpful. Had an issue with my remote key fobs for my Range Rover not working properly which Land Rover garage wanted to charge me £260 to even take a look at but Herne Bay Locks suggested I pop down same day, saw me immediately, rectified the problem in literally 3 minutes flat and didn't charge a penny! A couple of weeks ago this company was my saving grace! I had taken a class on a school trip and unfortunately lost my car keys. This company went above and beyond to help me get back into my car. It was essential as I was using my car to visit a loved one in hospital. They provided me with another programmable key and were very professional and fitted me in straight away.
