Phil and Stacey are very nice and very friendly husband and wife team. Stacey answered our call after a friend had botched up changing a barrel on an upper lock for us and left the house unsecured. I called Stacey who agreed to come within 30 minutes. Both her and her husband worked very hard to persevere and resolve matters taking their time and were both courteous and polite. They gave two sets of keys for both the mortice lock and the upper lock that they changed and charged a very reasonable price. Amazing Lock smith, genuinely had me at my worst moment, and got me in for half the price at least of other national companies and did it with a smile and customer service you can’t learn you just have! If I could’ve more than 5* I would!! Highly recommended!!

I was meeting a friend for lunch in Canterbury and needed some small wood screws so I visited Wincheap Hardware. The lady who served me was very helpful and didn't mind me going back to double check I'd bought the right size. Also the price was very good considering I only needed a few screws. I like to support small businesses and often the cheap online products aren't worth the money. Very satisfied.
