Amazing service, I called at 8pm and Joe met me 45 minutes later, he didn't have the appropriate lock so instead of waiting until the following day he went to the shop and came back and fitted a new lock at a very fair price. Gary did a perfect job fitting a new front door lock. He was on time (even early), professional, tidy and his work is excellent. I couldn't be more pleased.

Brilliant service cannot fault, needed letting in the house urgently as lock not opening properly and had the kids locked out with me, Garry was with us within 30 minutes got us in and even had the part needed to replace the door look there and then within 30 mins it was done and like a new door again. Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.
