Garry was quick to respond to my email and book to come and fix my door lock issues. He arrived on time and carried out a service to identify the problem then replaced the parts needed for a reasonable price which was clearly stated before starting.

We called Andrew at The Unlocksmith as the lock in a UPVC patio door had completely jammed. We discussed the problem and Andrew knew immediately what the issue was. A big shout out to Mark for his help. My elderly father was recently visited by a locksmith from another part of Kent after having his home broken into. After seeing the bill I was concerned about how much it cost. I contacted Porters to get their opinion on the invoice. Sadly he confirmed that the costs were indeed excessive and unnecessary. Mark was so kind providing info and even offered to visit my Dad to check the lock free of charge! Within 4 hours he was there. He took the lock off to discover that the 'cowboy' locksmith had not even changed one of the parts he charged over £150 for. Whilst this has been a horrible situation for us, it has been made that much better by Mark and his fantastic work ethic. Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Ray and Phil. We live locally, and needed to upgrade a back door lock. Ray helped out with passing suggestions on locks, as well as tightening up the double glazed door. We now have a newly fitted lock and a door that shuts without any crunching. Amazing service, I called at 8pm and Joe met me 45 minutes later, he didn't have the appropriate lock so instead of waiting until the following day he went to the shop and came back and fitted a new lock at a very fair price. Absolutely seamless service from this company. We needed a new Keysafe box fitted to the home of an elderly (93) relative as the current box had jammed and no one could enter the house. I needed a new garage key. Garry asked me to send a photo of the lock. I did that and he responded within minutes and referred me to another service which solved my problem immediately. A really great service all round.

Brilliant service cannot fault, needed letting in the house urgently as lock not opening properly and had the kids locked out with me, Garry was with us within 30 minutes got us in and even had the part needed to replace the door look there and then within 30 mins it was done and like a new door again.
