Lovely fast service and a pleasure to deal with, John went over and above to source and replace two locks for me and before he left he quickly fixed a door handle for me that was hanging off precariously. I would highly recommend.

John arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired a multilock door which had a broken gearbox. It was too complicated for me to understand, let alone fix. He carried a spare identical gearbox in his van and was finished 30 minutes later. Excellent work and a very nice man.

I used Scott @pick of the bunch locksmiths to do a safety inspection on all of the locks in my home to see if they were British standard and were acceptable for my home insurance. We had gotten ourselves locked out on a stormy Sunday night and must have spent 2 hours calling at least 8 different locksmiths before finding Nick. Nick arrived at the property within 20 minutes and gotten us within the house within 10! After getting us is Nick even gave us some fantastic advice on the property and some recommendations. I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My Panama Jack boots developed a hole in the sole after three winters of use, and my feet were getting wet. I asked around four other cobblers, not all local. One of them sucked his teeth and quoted me £90 for the repair and was adamant that I'd be better off just buying a new pair of boots. The other three said categorically that it was impossible to repair my boots as the sole was one unit, and it would be impossible to remove the sole without destroying the leather and causing society to collapse before creating a singularity and obliterating the universe as we know it. Yes, I'm exaggerating for effect, but the point is no cobbler wanted to fix my boots. I popped in Comfoot and Keys as a last effort and oh how I wish I had gone there in the first place. The gentleman behind the counter immediately told me that he could certainly fix my boots for a mere £42. He explained he could shave the sole back to where it was good and then replace what he'd removed, at least that's how I understood it. When I went back to collect the boots, he appeared to have replaced the entire sole with a new midsole and outsole, as well as putting some colour back on the leather. Therefore, I give Comfoot and Keys my unreserved recommendation.

I wore my brand new Stuart Weitzman stiletto ankle boots once. On my way home my heel got stuck in a drain and I had to remove the boot from my foot to get it out. It was wedged in. The leather was shredded and the lift was still in the grate. I was gutted. I brought them to Comfoot and keys with very little expectation. One week later, £15 lighter and they are perfect. You cannot tell which boot was damaged.

Took my wife’s Louboutin shoes here to have the heel repaired and the service and quality of repair was outstanding. A really good price, clear explanation of what they would do to repair it and a quick turn around. With the shoes not being cheap the confidence they gave me that they could repair them via a detailed explanation of the work they’d do was vital to me being happy to leave the shoes with them. Would highly recommend!
