John is incredible! Not only is he such a fantastic, warm, kind, and interesting person, but he's also brilliant at his job. Nothing was a problem! He managed to put an additional lock on our very old and slightly wonky door (charming Victorian but tricky to align). As we had just moved into the property, he also managed to align some other doors and door handles and helped with window locks (some were locked without keys, others were misaligned). I cannot recommend Gareth and Locum Locks highly enough. I recently bought an antique roll top desk. The seller neglected to point out that it self-locks when the lid is pulled down. I had put the keys in an internal drawer for safekeeping but then found myself unable to get back in when the top had been pulled down. Gareth arrived bang on time, assessed what would not work and quickly worked out what might. Long story short, he created another key - so I now have a spare, and the desk is open and I can finally work at it! Thank you, Gareth!

Gareth from Locum Locks did a great job of replacing a broken set of double door locks on our conservatory. He gave a straightforward estimation of cost when he did a site visit to check the doors out. He then came back with the necessary part. Replaced everything, left the place neat and tidy and the price was sensible and seemed reasonable for the time taken and parts needed. Much appreciated.

John arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired a multilock door which had a broken gearbox. It was too complicated for me to understand, let alone fix. He carried a spare identical gearbox in his van and was finished 30 minutes later. Excellent work and a very nice man.

I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. I was provided a brilliant service by this company. I managed to lock myself out of my flat as I’d (stupidly) left my keys indoors. Knox Locks were at my place and sorted the problem out within 45 minutes of my initial call to them. Which I thought was superb. Regan was very professional, incredibly quick to sort the problem out, and I was over the moon to get access again so sharply. I can highly recommend this service - it was great and saved the day!

Was in a bit of a bind with my patio doors, called in the morning and left a message and had a call back within an hour and they had a top notch tech Regan at my house by late afternoon and worked into the evening to repair my patio doors.
