He came early (Sweettt). My front door is new so we decided on the back. He did his thang even though my back door had the key in. Few minutes and he was done. The door doesn't even show sign of drilling and all. The relief to be indoors from the biting cold was refreshing. I absolutely will recommend. I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

What a great Guy. I had a problem with a conservatory glazing and a gutter between it and the house. Lee turned up on time, gave me a timeline for all bits of the work, completed them on time and was clean and polite. Oh, and did a good job! Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant service from a genuine and lovely chap. Mum called me in a panic as she couldn’t get her garage door open. Living 100 miles away this wasn’t ideal! I found Maidstone locksmiths and the reviews looked good so gave John a call. He arrived at mums in twenty minutes. I have just used Maidstone locksmiths for the first time to help get into some storage containers, whose padlock keys had gone missing. I was very impressed with John's work. He and a collegue attended our premises quite promptly and manged to cut/break into the 4 padlocks without damaging our premises. His invoice was a very reasonable price too.
