A big shout out to Mark for his help. My elderly father was recently visited by a locksmith from another part of Kent after having his home broken into. After seeing the bill I was concerned about how much it cost. I contacted Porters to get their opinion on the invoice. Sadly he confirmed that the costs were indeed excessive and unnecessary. Mark was so kind providing info and even offered to visit my Dad to check the lock free of charge! Within 4 hours he was there. He took the lock off to discover that the 'cowboy' locksmith had not even changed one of the parts he charged over £150 for. Whilst this has been a horrible situation for us, it has been made that much better by Mark and his fantastic work ethic. Now we have the facts, we can move forward with a stronger case to Trading Standards If ever we need a locksmith in future, I will be using Porters Locksmiths. Thank you so much

Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. This firm provide brilliant service via Mr R Whatley, THAT EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS and is an absolute delight to have found. Used their contact form on website about stranded Ford Ranger with ignition lock stuck at night. They called back at 8am in the morning, came out and provided the perfect solution by 11.30am They even saved me on costs. Wonderful. If only more business experiences were available of such good service just think how much greater joy it would bring.

A couple of weeks ago this company was my saving grace! I had taken a class on a school trip and unfortunately lost my car keys. This company went above and beyond to help me get back into my car. It was essential as I was using my car to visit a loved one in hospital. They provided me with another programmable key and were very professional and fitted me in straight away.
