I'm in Maidstone and was in desperate need of a locksmith. Nicholas was with me within 20 minutes of calling! Friendly, great service, quick and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

Gareth from Locum Locks did a great job of replacing a broken set of double door locks on our conservatory. He gave a straightforward estimation of cost when he did a site visit to check the doors out. He then came back with the necessary part. Replaced everything, left the place neat and tidy and the price was sensible and seemed reasonable for the time taken and parts needed. Much appreciated.

John was so kind & helpful. He came out as a non urgent call-out to open my garage door. It was really tricky, requiring lots of different tricks to get it unlocked (linked to an electrical motor / fob / zapper). He was patient, friendly, professional & kept me updated throughout. John arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired a multilock door which had a broken gearbox. It was too complicated for me to understand, let alone fix. He carried a spare identical gearbox in his van and was finished 30 minutes later. Excellent work and a very nice man.

Couldn’t recommend John more. He took on a job other locksmiths didn’t want to. Was upfront and honest about challenges and costs, knowledgeable and hardworking and a lovely chap to have in our home. We will 100% be having him back for future jobs!

A2 Car Keys - as a company, I honestly cannot recommend Mark highly enough. What a really genuine, decent and friendly guy! My elderly father has a 2010 VW Golf that one of the keys was very worn and stopped working. After reading the reviews of A2 Car Keys online I contacted Mark to book him to assemble a replacement key. My father shortly after, decided he'd like to arrange a new set of two keys for his car instead of just the one. Mark was prompt, turning up on the same afternoon we called him. Nothing was too much to ask - and he also advised on an option of two key types - one being a much better build/improved quality of car key as a replacement. We went with the improved quality keys and arranged two replacement for his Golf. Mark built them, programmed them, and also coded the original key to match in with the new ones too. The price of the work was really really reasonable. If any of you require car keys - as reiterated at the start of this review....I cannot recommend Mark highly enough! You wont be disappointed. Thank you once again Mark - everything was very much appreciated.

I would like to thank and recommend Mark for his very prompt action; when phoning him to say I had inadvertently locked my two little grandsons in the car and had no spare key. Great service at a reasonable price for what turned out to be an awkward job. Clive doesn't like to be defeated by problems! He returned several times until he successfully copied, cut and programmed a replacement/spare car key. He was very conscientious and determined not to let us down and he didn't. He's very knowledgable on the technical front, offering advanced vehicle diagnostics and re-mapping services (Diamond Diagnostics/Remap-It) which I would be happy to trust him with if/when needed. Called on a Sunday morning and round in 15 mins, had the lock out and new one in, just 1 hour. Very fast and very friendly, he had to order sum new parts he keep me in the know if won’t was going on 👍. Came back on Friday and was all done in 30 mins door is working batter now then it was new. 👍

I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service.
