Martin’s tuition is a very professional and helpful academy for 11 plus preparation. I have had a very positive experience for my child throughout his study with this academy. While I was struggling to find a good tuition centre in Dartford, I was very lucky parent that I managed to find this great academy. My husband and I was very impressed while we first met Mr Matin and instantly we decided to choose this academy for our child. My son achieved the top score of 422 in Kent tests this year which was more than our expectation. The tuition systems here of face to face classes and paper-works including mock tests are highly appreciable. I am grateful to Mr Martin and his team for all supports to my child!

Paro tuition was recommended by a friend of mine. Faisal and his team were extremely professional . One of the tutors Karen explained all subjects in greater detail allowing each learner to learn at their own pace. A friendly environment for children to learn and excel without being pushed. My daughter excelled in all the subjects which at the beginning she had very little knowledge . She was guided and given support in subjects she found more challenging. Teacher Paul is a Master of Teaching. My 13-year-old daughter is a big fan of Paul. One class in year 9 math made her realize how easy it is to grasp the essence of mathematical reasoning. One class on Victorian history inspired her to spontaneously commenced a interesting project of her own. She googled the Chinese chronology, did some research, and drew a series of clothing styles corresponding to each era. One month of preparation for the entrance exam gave her the opportunity to enter her dream school! It was teacher Paul who gave my daughter the confidence to make things happen.

Paul has been working with our daughter on maths GCSE for the past couple of months with the aim of getting her from a grade 2/3 to a grade 4. The progress she has made has been remarkably, we await to see what grade she gets, but I have no doubt had we had more time she would have been able to have got a grade 5/6. She really enjoyed the lessons and found the way Paul teaches maths made a very difficult subject seem normal. Paul showed an understanding and caring approach towards our daughter with the normal day to day pressures that a 15-year-old kid is under with exams looming. Taran has finished tutoring one of my children and is currently working with my youngest. She provides an excellent, small classroom environment (8 max) to support their learning, very good materials and sets the right amount of homework to embed their understanding of different subjects. Taran is very personable, has excellent communication with parents including direct access via wattsapp, and my children always enjoy the sessions. Highly recommended.

My son has been tutoring with Taran since the beginning of year 5 for his 11 plus and she had been absolutely amazing. She praises the children and really builds on their confidence. My daughter prepared her 11+ with Advantage Tuition, attended the Saturday classes and really enjoyed them. They were very organised, covered all the topics during the year, organised the homework and tests to practice at home, had mini assessments every term to evaluate their progression and they offered parent consultations. During the summer they also offered revion days and mock exams. All these really helped my daughter, and she ultimately performed well in the 11+ with a good result. We used Joanne from advantage tuition on a 1-2-1 basis for an hour every week from mocks to GCSE and my son actually said he didn’t mind maths at the end when he did not like it all all previously. Grand tutors is an excellent tutoring school. My son attended the school for only 7 weeks during the Summer holiday, and then went on to pass the 11 plus with a high score. Grand tutors gave my son the tools and the knowledge to pass the Grammar test on a very short time scale. The tutor is dedicated to her pupils and always gives encouragement and praise. My son enjoyed every lesson and was always keen to attend his next class. He also won the end of year 11 plus Mock exam , and is now achieving well above his expected levels in Maths and English at his Junior school. Having moved from South Africa in December 2022 our daughter started schooling in Sevenoaks in January 2023.
