We used tutor world for our son in preparation for the 11+ exams and we found them to be very good, professional, flexible, attentive, and caring. They put a lot of time and effort to work with him and I felt they had active interest in helping him and all the other children succeeded.

Tutor World really help my child, I tried others for lessons for the 11+ for my son. I was told he won’t pass as he lacks focus, but when I went to tutor world for an assessment, Ruvini was very helpful and told me with little effort my son could do well at the exam, am so happy I listen to her advice, as I almost gave up. Review of Kumon Ashford south I decided to register my children into Kumon to prepare them for school. To introduce them to learning within a group, and Kumon did not disappoint, but the real reward of Kumon came during the pandemic when we had to home school, my children found learning from home very easy as they are used to doing their kumon work daily at home. As the effects of the pandemic lingers on, I am confident that my children are still learning to their full potential as they continue to do their Kumon learning in addition to their school work.

Alex got good results for his SAT exams. He was so happy and acknowledged the incredible contribution he got from the works of support from Kumon Math's and English lesson series. My son made very steady and very fast progress with his maths ,all due to the amazing mathematics program Kumon has got in place. Kumon built confidence in him which he did not have at the time of joining.He started getting good remarks from the school which was very thrilling to hear. I recommend Kumon to any kid at any grade as it’s never late to start with Kumon, The team there are excellent at how to take your kid to the higher gear within a very short space of time.

Both my children attended in centre and online Compass sessions. My son completed the 11+ package and while there was frustrations with the package content and occasional online issues, the staff were always eager to help. My son had some great tutors, Taryn, Ben, Maddison are just a few that always made him feel relaxed and calm. In addition I cannot even begin to explain how much they accommodate families last minute changes or even the occasion where you have forgotten a session completely. My experience of the managers (Sian, Katie & Taryn) has been 100% positive; they are patient, polite and helpful. Both my children passed their Kent Test with good marks. Thank you 😊

A rare find; if you are looking for a reputable tutor, I cannot recommend Sunnydene enough! I have complete faith in Jeni’s understanding of the system and test papers. Being relatively new to Kent I found the whole selective system and Kent Test process somewhat overwhelming, but Jeni completely demystified it and made it all feel more manageable. Our son not only didn't complain about her tutoring sessions but actively looked forward to them! Very approachable and flexible tutors with whom our daughters studied mainly maths during Years 10 and 11. They always listened to the girls' maths/science anxieties and gave them confidence. Their approach is to teach methods and offer exam practice so our daughters had lots of different types of help. Always happy to go over mock papers they had done in class. They really did make a difference to their grades.

Our children have had Frank for Maths tuition for a number of years, and more recently the Sciences also. He made lessons fun & gave them confidence. Leesa tutored both my sons for the Kent test, the eldest remotely during a Covid lockdown. They both passed with flying colours. She made sessions fun and motivating, with rewards like sweets or little toys at the end of each session (delivered to our doorstep during lockdown!) and mini competitions between her pupils over a number of sessions for bigger prizes. I would highly recommend Leesa to other parents looking for Kent test tutoring for their child.

We cannot speak more highly of her exceptional teaching ability and particular skills in enhancing exam technique. Emma was always consistent in her ability to teach English to a very high standard whilst motivating our child to thrive in the subject. This resulted in our child achieving five marks below the maximum grade 9 in their GCSE exam. We think this speaks volumes of the standard and expertise that Emma provided and we would definitely recommend her as a tutor.

My son had doubt about approaching a question while revising for his GCSE & after having lessons with Emma he improved in his language and literature. Without Emma, I could never have achieved a grade 9 in both English literature and language. I cannot recommend Mary highly enough. We originally asked her to help our son with English Language because we were concerned that his grades were continually falling over time. However, her tuition also helped improve his English Literature work in the process, and they ended up being his two highest GCSE grades. Mary was friendly and professional throughout and we could see a noticeable improvement in our son’s ability and confidence in the subject from the start.
