Being relatively new to Kent I found the whole selective system and Kent Test process somewhat overwhelming, but Jeni completely demystified it and made it all feel more manageable. My son really enjoyed the sessions with Jeni and they gave him lots of confidence. By the time it came to doing the Kent test, he was looking forward to it. My daughter has recently received tutoring from Outreach Tuition and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Both Di and Don her English and Maths/Science tutors were very kind, friendly and supportive and made her feel very comfortable as she was a little nervous to begin with. Outreach tuition were able to include my daughter into their timetable very quickly and were very flexible with Jodie able to rearrange lessons around my daughters appointments or how she was feeling on the day sometimes at very short notice which was greatly appreciated. 5 star across the board Outreach Tuition literally have been a life raft for my son at a such a critical time of GCSE’s. They have delivered initially art therapy which was a light in the darkness, followed by maths and English. I have been using outreach tuition for my son who has ADHD since March 2021. My son really struggles with focusing in lessons. Particular in Maths and found the transition from primary to secondary quiet overwhelming. I approached outreach as they were recommended. I have to say that from the outset they really listened to what my son was struggling with and matched him to an excellent tutor who has managed to give my son real confidence within his subject. I can’t recommend them enough. The whole team are friendly and know exactly what difficulties special education children face.

One of the tutors Karen explained all subjects in greater detail allowing each learner to learn at their own pace. A friendly environment for children to learn and excel without being pushed. My son attended Tuition Academy Maidstone for a year prior to taking his Kent test and Medway tests. The tuition and homework levels were perfectly pitched, my son felt supported whenever he had questions and he really liked his tutor. The holiday classes and mock tests available certainly helped him prepare for the final tests which he successfully passed.

Very approachable and flexible tutors with whom our daughters studied mainly maths during Years 10 and 11. They always listened to the girls' maths/science anxieties and gave them confidence. Their approach is to teach methods and offer exam practice so our daughters had lots of different types of help. Always happy to go over mock papers they had done in class. They really did make a difference to their grades.

Since my son started attending RTC Maidstone in October, his ability to stay focused in school has really improved, and his handwriting is a lot better. He enjoys attending and always looks forward to Lucie's class each week. Feedback is given after every lesson, which I find very useful. Lucie is very patient, warm, and accommodating. The office staff are very friendly and always ready to answer any questions. I would highly recommend.

We used tutor world for our son in preparation for the 11+ exams and we found them to be very good, professional, flexible, attentive, and caring. They put a lot of time and effort to work with him and I felt they had active interest in helping him and all the other children succeeded.

Tutor World really help my child, I tried others for lessons for the 11+ for my son. I was told he won’t pass as he lacks focus, but when I went to tutor world for an assessment, Ruvini was very helpful and told me with little effort my son could do well at the exam, am so happy I listen to her advice, as I almost gave up. Could not have asked for more for my daughter. The team in Tonbridge are absolutely amazing, great feedback and communication between tutor and parent, very welcoming and enjoyable for the children. My daughter loved the fact that on the first day she was given her own tuition satchel and stationary. Update- I had no hesitation enrolling my boys at RTC following the success they had with my first. Maria was brilliant with them and gave in-depth feedback every week. Thanks also to Ilse for being welcoming and approachable. I would definitely recommend RTC! My son prepared for his 11+ under RTC and passed excellently. I particularly liked the weekly feedback and the methodical approach to covering all the required topics across a range of subjects. Also the mock exams were apt opportunities to discuss strengths and weaknesses and agree steps forward to fill the gap. Special mention to Jo and Justine, and to Steph and Jinky for seamless front of house comms. All well appreciated.

Both of my children attended weekly classes for about a year in the run up to the 11+. I think both of them benefitted a lot from the classes. It really helped them understand what to expect from the test and how to prepare for it, and get used to the style of questions. Thoroughly recommended.
