After my sister recommended Noble Platinum Plumbing, I decided to give them a call for a power flush on my heating system. I’m so glad I did! The radiators are now working as they should, and the house heats up so much faster. The engineer explained everything in a way I could understand, which really put me at ease. Honestly, the service was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be passing on the recommendation to others!

Woke up for work this morning, proceeded with my normal routine in the bathroom to find all the water was leaking out the u-bend under the basin once I started to run the tap. An ironic situation considering it was only a few days ago that I picked up one of their business cards. The engineer sacrificed his lunch break to squeeze me in so it was greatly appreciated. Provided me with a reasonable price and replaced the u-bend in no time - top guys.

Excellent service provided to solve megaflo tank problem. Prompt clean tidy. Full explanation which thankfully means I now understand the heating system I am using.

Mark recently installed an Aqualisa shower system for us. He’s done a great job and we are so pleased with it. Mark was very easy to contact, friendly and professional. Did a clean and tidy job. Definitely recommended!

I would thoroughly recommend using Arton Plumbing and heating. I was attracted to the company as their reviews were so positive. From initially contacting them, through to having the work carried out was excellent. They demonstrate very good customer service, are friendly and very knowledgeable. I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work and how he went above and beyond to help! He came to fix a leaking toilet and during his visit he also resealed around the toilet, replaced the toilet seat, removed sealant from around our bath and sorted out our bath. I cannot thank Luke enough for his effort, time and help! Thank you Luke! Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to go the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated! Glyn was great! Arrived on time, and tested way more than I ever have had checked on a boiler service. Definitely does a thorough job! Highly recommend and will be using his services again.

Glynn has done a fair bit of work for me over the years, including sorting leaks, servicing and sorting out issues with my boiler, fitting a gas hob and more recently putting some radiators back on and installing a towel radiator. Glynn is friendly, professional, reliable and trustworthy and I shall continue to use him for any plumbing work.

Second time having a service, Glyn is always great at his work, and Sue does great and prompt admin. Had some heating issues easily solved by Glyn and a service too, was able to fit me in very quickly given it was December when I made contact! Great service once again!

Chan did a fantastic job at our new place installing a washing machine. It needed new indoor pipework and outer waste pipe drainage. He was efficient and did a neat, clean job, ensuring that the new pipes were as discrete as was possible. Couldn't be happier with the work and will definitely use again!

James, Konner and Jasper did a wonderful job of turning an outdated ensuite bathroom into a very smart modern walk in shower room. They arrived on time every day, worked continuously, checking we were happy every step of the way, and were extremely polite and exceptionally clean workers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or indeed using them again in the future.

James did a great work, he's a hard working man that delivers high end work. And the price was great as well. Really recommend him! PS: He also put the plaster back and added a first layer of filling. I had to do a bit of sandpapering and a second layer of filling, but trust me, I have two left hands and I still made it :-)

Craig came to look at the problem the evening I contacted him. He was able to diagnose the problem and contacted me the next day to give a price and date for the repair. Unfortunately he was unable to keep the date due to the previous job overrunning but contacted me early to rearrange for the following day. We were recommended The Heating Network by a family member. Steve has been out several times to service our boiler, install a shower pump and troubleshoot/resolve issues with the radiators. All issues are resolved quickly with a detailed explanation to the issue. Steve has always been on time, polite and very tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a friendly and professional plumber.

Guy’s have done a lot of work on my home installing a new full heating system and boiler. They also fitted a new bathroom and downstairs cloak room. We are pleased with the standard of work which was efficiently carried out with a friendly, hard working team.

What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.
