Highly recommend. We called just before Christmas with a broken boiler. We had a visit within 90 minutes. The boiler was up and running and a new part ordered which was then fitted on Christmas Eve. We were very grateful for the rapid response and the excellence of the service.

First class! Lance has completed a variety of jobs for me and goes above and beyond expectations - excellent customer service, expert knowledge and experience and at very reasonable rates. It would seem that Lance can turn his hand to most things and never fails to amaze me with his expertise, eye for detail and pride in doing the best possible job. Not only that but he is always very personable, curteous and properly attired, even when arriving after a long and busy day! A highly professional company, I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending KCS.

Stuart provided a friendly professional and clean service, which involved a new gas pipe installation from the main house to an external new building to provide gas to a cooker. The attention to detail, the post and pre checks, the explanations provided as to each part of process gave clarity and assurance as to the job completed. It also helped that his price was competitive in comparison to others. I would recommend a call to discuss in the first instance.

Totally professional and finished a complex job on time and successfully. This was a job that every other plumber had turned down because of its complexity. Paul and Sam have a lot of experience and were prepared to take it on. They worked non stop for a week and barely took a break. When they hit a snag three days in, they involved me in the discussion, came up with alternatives to the original plan and nailed the solution with no drama. The job entailed lifting most floorboards and carpets in the house. When they were finished I couldn’t tell they had been in the house. I can’t recommend these guys enough and will use them every time above anyone else. Fantastic!

Paul and Sam worked out the problem with our heating system. Replaced clogged up pipes and upgraded radiators. Worked neat and tidy. We now have a warm house after 17 years. 🥵

Sam and Paul did a full heating re-plumb of our 1960s 3 bed semi recently, also reconnecting an old boiler to tide us over through winter and re-plumbing some hot and cold pipes that were pretty rickety. We're really pleased with the work, everything's been working as expected with no issues. Sam and Paul were very attentive to details when re-laying the pipes, explained all the work and helped us pick out the right new radiators. They even pointed out some adjoining safety issues with the electrical rewire done previously by another contractor and helped sort this out by moving the pipework slightly. The work was finished on time, work areas left tidy and the costs on work and materials were clear and transparent. Overall we'd be really happy to work with Sam and Paul again.

Called in the hope someone could fit a new kitchen tap & source a leak & Ryan said he could have one of his lads with us in 2 hours….just over an hour later someone arrived….extremely polite, boots off & straight to work! Adam has just installed a new radiator for us plus dealt with a leaking joint we had plus a further small one he detected whilst here. He previously installed and regularly services our boiler plus completely refurbished our bathroom. Always does an excellent job and leaves it all clean & tidy. Highly recommend. We now only let Adam carry out any work required to our plumbing & heating system.

I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

Just had Ashley out again to fix a leak under the first floor floorboards. An excellent and quick repair that saved our downstairs bedroom from damage. Always pleased to recommend Atom Gas for quality of workmanship and price.
