Lucas undertook some our boiler service and additional smart thermostat installation. As always, he was quick to give guidance and advice and always prompt to reply to any questions I have. First class service - I would not use anyone else.

Lucas as always was very accommodating fitting me in asap. Very professional, informative and excellent work. I cannot praise him enough. He has fitted a new boiler, and has now serviced it, he reminded me and again fitted me in when convenient with me. I will always use him for any plumbing work and have recommended him to friend and family who have also used his services.

Couldn't recommend Lucas enough. We had an issue with the pressure gauge on our boiler and found Precise Plumbing and Heating through trust a trader. He fitted us in that week, arrived promptly and fixed the issue in good time. He was friendly, thorough, explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. Very happy with the service and would book him again in future.

Lucas is very knowledgeable professional accomodating and friendly as well. Oil boiler I have is quite old however given clean bill of health after full service and new part which has now totally removed the smell of oil that had recently started prior to Lucas visit. Very reasonable price and great to get it all done in one visit. Highly recommend giving Lucas a shout if you have oil boiler needs :) Definitely now our boiler person.

I first met Dean 10 years ago when he installed a new boiler in my old home. He went on to replace all the radiators, and carried out annual boiler servicing too. He contnued with the annual service when I moved to a new home 3 years ago. Just last week, he replaced radiators in my current home too. I trust him because of his professional and excellent approach to work. The end result is next to none. If you are looking for a gas Engineer, he is the person. Wonderfully workmanship, Dean was very friendly and helpful. Both the boiler and radiators were done to a high standard and completed quickly, we were all very impressed with the work.

Simply put Brad is fantastic - his quality of work, attention to detail and communication is first class. Brad undertook a full rip out and replacement of our one pipe system converting it to a two pipe flow and return - installing an unvented system, boiler and multiple radiators. As long as he’s around he will be undertaking all plumbing work at our property and have no need to source an alternative - we highly recommend him

We had a new shower fitted by Brad and new tiling. The job wasn't easy as our room wasn't square but we can't express enough how brilliant he was from start to finish. He was punctual, informative, enthusiastic, tidy, skilful, knowledgeable, professional and SO hard working and nothing was too much trouble. We feel so lucky to have found him and his number is firmly in our book for future work.

We are so glad to have found such a fantastic plumber. Brad recently replaced our bath and shower cubicle and we are extremely pleased with his work. He is very reasonably priced and is a top class tradesman. He was punctual every day, worked very hard, was extremely respectul and a very easy guy to get along with. We knew we had a problem with drainage before Brad started the job but he had a contact and everything was sorted out with the minimum of fuss or stress to us. Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

Think I hit the jackpot with this guy he’s extremely knowledgeable within his profession. pointed out all the dos and don’ts when offering various buying options. Our new boiler was fitted within a day and is working fine. He went to some extreme in making sure carpets were fully protected prior to commencing work and totally cleaned all work areas when completed all in all very professional and would certainly recommend.

We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements.
