I've used this plumber of a number of years now. Alway professional, polite and punctual.Charges a reasonable rate and above all is honest about his work, would highly recommend.

Think I hit the jackpot with this guy he’s extremely knowledgeable within his profession. pointed out all the dos and don’ts when offering various buying options. Our new boiler was fitted within a day and is working fine. He went to some extreme in making sure carpets were fully protected prior to commencing work and totally cleaned all work areas when completed all in all very professional and would certainly recommend.

Had a broken radiator which wouldn't switch off. I had called 3 previous guys and they had all let me down. Gary was not only on time but he was polite and very efficient in solving my problem. Me and my wife now refer to him as super Gary. Definitely recommend.

Andy came to fix my boiler within 24 hours. He even doesn’t mind work on Sat. He is quite professional and experienced to check my boiler and accurately identified the problem. He replaced a new fan and my boiler resumed its functioning. He also conducted a regular check on my boiler. He is generous to give me advice on how to maintain my boiler and gas system. He didn’t mind answering my questions and explaining in details. He is tidy and would not make my place messy. He finished the installation and checking within 2 hours. Good job!

Raf responded to my emergency call-out and arrived in good time. With mains water pouring into the flat below he calmed the situation and diffused any potential dispute. He quickly found the leak and explained in simple terms how it could be repaired . The pipe connections were quickly and efficiently repaired and improvements made. Did a great job. Had a gas leak and came out same day to propose a creative solution that meant the job needed doing only once and properly, when the gas company was suggesting a stop gap solution that would mean doing it twice at greater expense. Would definitely recommend and use again. Work was carried out quickly to a high standard and all mess cleared away.

Had a water leak in what is an old metal pipe underneath the bathroom floor. Bal responded quickly to the call (late on Saturday evening) and helped control the leak straightaway. He returned back the next day (as agreed dot on the clock) with the right parts to fix the leak. It was tricky pipework with all sorts of access issues, but Bal found the way to fix it. Very professional, punctual and more importantly excellent quality work.
