I moved into a new house with numerous problems. It was a massive relief to have all the plumbing issues resolved, and to a professional standard. I had a new boiler installed, my shower system replaced, new taps for my bath & sink, and toilet & washing machine pipes fixed. It's been over a month since the works took place and there hasn't been a single problem since. I am loving everything especially my shower, it's so lush! A huge thank you to the EcoHeat team!

Brilliant service from EcoHeat. I found them via many recommendations on Facebook and they replaced our boiler first and then came back to install a new bathroom. The office staff and the plumbers were all friendly, polite and really efficient. We were very pleased with the fabulous end result - it looks like a luxury hotel bathroom! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ryan and Ki came last week and over two days fitted a new Worcester Bosch 35 Life boiler. They were very respectful of our property, cleared their mess up as they went. Explained the features and answered all our questions. The boiler has been working perfectly and is very quiet. Radiators are nice and hot. It is so nice to be ready for winter. We have given them 5 stars but would have given them 10 out of 10 for a very good experience. I can recommend Aquaheat New Romney, its been a pleasure dealing with them.

My experience with Aquaheat was nothing but positive. All of the staff were professional, polite and courteous inside my home. I am extremely grateful that communication was excellent - and I was kept in the loop at all times via telephone call’s regarding timing etc. I am currently sitting in the warm opposed to the cold and have a fantastic boiler :) If anyone is looking to have any heating work within their home - then I truly recommend Aquaheat :)

Matt and Archie were here last week installing an air conditioning unit. They were both very polite and worked continuously to make sure the work was completed in one day. I am delighted with my new air con. unit and how well it was installed. Both the young men explained how to operate the unit and set up the app on my phone so I can operate the unit when not at home. They were both very kind to go through the control and operating handset making sure I understood how to operate the new air con. unit. They left the utility room clean and tidy. I would recommend AquaHeat as a company for both heating and air conditioning as I have a service contract with them for my gas boiler. They are a very friendly and reliable company.

Very very pleased with the work carried out by Aquaheat New Romney. Ryan and Ki installed a new boiler for me. They were very polite and friendly and worked efficiently throughout the day. When the work was finished Ryan explained the workings of the new boiler very clearly and they cleared up before leaving the property. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Aquaheat to anyone.

First may I thank Tyrone and Ben for being so efficient in dealing with my plumbing issues haha! I have never in all the time living in Tenterden for 7 years have I had “professionals” arrange to visit and deal with the issues so promptly and in one whole day! I should know as I have had many quotes request for maintaining this home with some so called professionals not even turning up or me waiting with zero communications to actually do the job! This was an unplanned messy job for Tyrone and Ben involving clearing the main drains which they dealt with so efficiently. I told them I had blocked up sink but they discovered that it was much more than that but just went on to deal with it all in the same day along with new kitchen taps/plumbing and installing a long awaited brand new shower unit needed (waiting on other plumbers) . By the way, Ben was as efficient as you Tyrone when left to do the finishing plumbing appliances. Very courteous and arrived ready to show me the product he had ordered and collected (on the same day) for my shower and kitchen sink before installing them. Checking that I was happy with what was ordered. I am a very patient homeowner who understands that contractors are busy all times of the. year. All I ask is that they take the time to communicate instead of leaving me waiting... TG Plumbers and Bathrooms surprised me with their excellent service which involved explaining step by step what needed to be done. I felt so happy to be treated with respect and felt like I had a new kitchen and bathroom again! I will certainly recommend them and use them again.

Excellent from initial contact through to completion. We contacted Ty for a quotation for the installation of a replacement shower. He was polite, gave good advice and a reasonable quote that we acceptable. The work, that included replacement tiling, was carried out on the agreed day by another member of the team, who again was polite, repectful and always checked with us to agree action required on minor issues that were found within our current plumbing. The finished work is 1st class and these guys will be my first call for any future work.

Wholesome Heating absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. We wanted to have exposed copper pipework fitted in our home and we had a clear vision in mind. They fitted our complicated heating system with ease and we’re so pleased with how beautiful it looks and how well it works.
