Just had a new boiler installed by Quadrant Plumbing and can honestly say I could not fault the work with the addition of the guys being completely genuine and that they are tradesman which you can trust which in this day and age speaks volumes. Highly recommend

Frankie is a friendly honest and as helpful a plumber you could hope to meet. Gives all the detail to help you understand what’s needed. They installed a new boiler neatly and very thoughtful and thorough to make sure the guarantee is intact. It’s premium service at a decent price.

What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing! Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!! Highly recommended, no photos as our work is as neat & tidy as those previously posted. Thank you Quadrant.

Frankie was very professional and helpful when we had an issue with our boiler. His prices are very competitive. He kept us updated throughout the installation of our new boiler and he has great attention to detail. Totally professional and finished a complex job on time and successfully. This was a job that every other plumber had turned down because of its complexity. Paul and Sam have a lot of experience and were prepared to take it on. They worked non stop for a week and barely took a break. When they hit a snag three days in, they involved me in the discussion, came up with alternatives to the original plan and nailed the solution with no drama. The job entailed lifting most floorboards and carpets in the house. When they were finished I couldn’t tell they had been in the house. I can’t recommend these guys enough and will use them every time above anyone else. Fantastic!

Paul and Sam worked out the problem with our heating system. Replaced clogged up pipes and upgraded radiators. Worked neat and tidy. We now have a warm house after 17 years. 🥵

Had an urgent issue with our immersion tank leaking a lot of water and ruining the flooring and room underneath. Steve and co turned up less than 24 hours after i first noticed it and had the issue fixed in 10 mins. He was super helpful and efficient, would definitely recommend.

We were having trouble with the thermostat on our underfloor heating. I called Alert Plumbing as they had come highly recommended by colleague and they called me straight back on a video call so they could guide me through a couple of things and have a look at issue. This saved the need of an unnecessary and expensive call out should there be a quick fix. Impressive! They were able to see exactly what was what and have a good idea of what was needed straight away with a time frame for coming out to complete the work. So pleased that we have found a reliable plumber after moving to Herne, Adam came out a few months ago when we had a problem with the boiler, he then came back and gave the boiler a thorough service at a very reasonable price, today he came to isolate our gas hob ready for it to be replaced by an electric one. Brilliant plumbing company!! rate them 100% Requested some help from Dan for some leaks and general plumbing works that had been accumulating and he was immediately responsive, provided excellent communications throughout and had the time and patience to diagnose the source of a couple of complex leaks in an older barn type property (ensuite & old copper pipes in tricky spot!). Took on a job that others would turn down. Service like this is a rarity these days! Once works agreed Dan assigned a couple of his team and completed the works fast, efficient, friendly and cleared up after....
