⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Plough at Langley had an excellent experience with Arton Plumbing! They responded to my call and within 3 hours were at the door! Sue and Karen provided such supportive assistance over the phone. Callum arrived promptly and resolved our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks to their teamwork, The Plough was back up and running just in time for our lunch service. I can't thank them enough! Highly recommend!

Reliable and helpful plumbers and heating engineers. Good honest advice and reasonable pricing. Advised to save money when quoted, unlike some other company's quotes. Prompt timekeeping. Luke was efficient and polite and kept me up to date with what he was doing along the way. I will use Arton Plumbing & Heating again when required.

I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work and how he went above and beyond to help! He came to fix a leaking toilet and during his visit he also resealed around the toilet, replaced the toilet seat, removed sealant from around our bath and sorted out our bath. I cannot thank Luke enough for his effort, time and help! Thank you Luke! Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to go the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to call Arton again in the future and request Luke again! Thank you Arton team ☺️!

I would thoroughly recommend using Arton Plumbing and heating. I was attracted to the company as their reviews were so positive. From initially contacting them, through to having the work carried out was excellent. They demonstrate very good customer service, are friendly and very knowledgeable. From the initial call out to the final installation of our new boiler it was so smooth. The diagnostic guy was fair didn’t push having a new boiler gave clear advice. The lady on the phone from start to finish was so professional and efficient. One the day Ki and Matt arrived welcomed me with a handshake, respected my property. They installed the boiler quick and so clean no mess, mats laid down to protect the floor. They are a credit to the company!! I’d definitely recommend this company and will get them to service the boiler too. Thank you ☺️

Recently had a new boiler fitted by Ryan and Ki from Aquaheat. We were really pleased with the service from getting a quote to having the work carried out. Clean, tidy and professional service. Their aftercare service is also exceptionally high quality, we called up in the afternoon due to a noise coming from the pipes after fitting and an engineer was out the next day to resolve it. We would definitely recommend this excellent local business.

Lee and the whole team at Aqua Heat have been fantastic from start to finish. From our initial enquiry through to completion took only 9 days and considering it was a ‘stress purchase’ due to water coming through the ceiling it couldn’t have been made simpler and easier for us. Our engineers Matt and Mike were professional, tidy, polite and showed great pride in their work and attention to detail which we really appreciated. Highly recommend.

Milcol Plumbing and Heating did a brilliant job of our new bathroom. Joe and Marc are meticulous workers and do put their customers first. Milcol organised all the trades needed to make our installation successful; they also took the time to make a few suggestions they felt would make a difference: this included replacing the rather flimsy bath side panel provided with the suite we purchased with a far more sturdy alternative, they just went the extra mile with everything. We couldn't be happier with the final result if you are looking for a bathroom installation company that does the job to a high standard, with no fuss and organises everything. Contact Milcol. Chris came to replace our broken tap very quickly. Went out of his way to make two trips to the buy pieces that were needed and I hadn’t bought. The job took a longer due to the plumbing being very old he didn’t rush it and did a great job. Very professional and so helpful. He even did a little job that he noticed needed doing. This is a Family run business who I have used before to install Two boilers for me which were both installed to a high standard. I booked them in to change and install my new bathroom with what was thought to be done with minimal re-plumbing work. This was not the case and the bathroom needed complete re-plumbing. Mick and his son Alfie worked extremely hard to ensure everything was replumbed and the bathroom installed before Christmas. I am extremely pleased the results. They were both very professional and respectful of our property, leaving it in a good state before leaving each day. Mick even offered some advice on some of my planned design ideas which was invaluable as I ended up with more space and the bathroom looking better to the eye. I cannot thank this company enough for all they have done. There are some cosmetic works still to be done but as already stated above, Mick wanted to make sure I had a working bathroom which I have. Unfortunately, I had problems with the first oil boiler Mick installed which was to do with the boiler and the manufacturer not Mick. Mick and Christine supported me through this procedure and it was decided, by the manufacturer, that the money be returned to me. This was nothing to do with Micks work! Mick has since installed an LPG boiler for me and again this was done to a high standard. He even gave advice on where the best place to put the boiler was and where I could buy a customised boiler cupboard that would match my kitchen. The expertise of this company is second to none and I know that everything is done to a high standard, giving me a full sense of security. Thank you so much

Mick is a total boiler boffin and is an endless font of knowledge for all makes and models. He also came out very quickly when my elderly mother’s boiler stopped working. A bit pricey, but if you want a good job these days, it costs.

New Worcester boiler fitted to exterior of 1920's barge. Used Boiler Care as they came recommended to us. It was a tricky installation as a tug was required to get the 26 stone boiler to located site, but this didn't phase them. Work was thorough and they took to care to tidy up after themselves throughout the 3 days. Lovely family run company. Good job.

Josh did a great job for us at replacing a seized mains valve into our property on an emergency call out. He got a lot of detail over the phone before coming out and was with us in a couple of hours. He was tidy, polite and explained everything clearly along the way. Very reasonable charges with no surprises or hidden costs. We will be using him again.

I contacted Josh when I believed I had discovered a leak early in the morning. He was prompt to respond and kept me up to date on timing he was expected around. When he arrived, he quickly found the issue, gave me a fair price to solve and managed to solve the issue. Super efficient and courteous. I have used many plumbers in the area before who take you for a ride, Josh is not that guy, his number is 100% saved going forward and would encourage others to use him!
