Installed a second sink and new tap today - workman was quick, efficient and very tidy! Soo pleased came out better than I expected. We also use Acorn to manage our boiler they’re such a great company. Everyone soo friendly and professional you really feel like you're in safe knowledgeable hands

The guys from Acorn did a superb, professional job from start to finish. I can only find positive things to say about them - friendly, courteous, organised, clean and very tidy. They were so efficient, I hardly knew they were there! except that my house is now warm and the new boiler is quietly working away. Thanks guys, I have no fears for the winter now!

First time I've used acorn . The engineer arrived on time did a good service and some other bits I requested he was very knowledgeable and based on this I'd be happy to use them for future boiler service's and other repairs.

This is a Family run business who I have used before to install Two boilers for me which were both installed to a high standard. I booked them in to change and install my new bathroom with what was thought to be done with minimal re-plumbing work. This was not the case and the bathroom needed complete re-plumbing. Mick and his son Alfie worked extremely hard to ensure everything was replumbed and the bathroom installed before Christmas. I am extremely pleased the results. They were both very professional and respectful of our property, leaving it in a good state before leaving each day. Mick even offered some advice on some of my planned design ideas which was invaluable as I ended up with more space and the bathroom looking better to the eye. I cannot thank this company enough for all they have done. There are some cosmetic works still to be done but as already stated above, Mick wanted to make sure I had a working bathroom which I have. Unfortunately, I had problems with the first oil boiler Mick installed which was to do with the boiler and the manufacturer not Mick. Mick and Christine supported me through this procedure and it was decided, by the manufacturer, that the money be returned to me. This was nothing to do with Micks work! Mick has since installed an LPG boiler for me and again this was done to a high standard. He even gave advice on where the best place to put the boiler was and where I could buy a customised boiler cupboard that would match my kitchen. The expertise of this company is second to none and I know that everything is done to a high standard, giving me a full sense of security. Thank you so much

Mick couldn't of been kinder to my very elderly Father when his boiler one morning had no hot water or heating despite it being regularly serviced by another company. They were not interested in taking a look at the boiler, and another company said he needed a new boiler! I saw the very smart van next to me at a petrol station and as Mick looked smart and friendly I approached him. As my Father lived nearby, Mick offered to take a look at it. He confirmed that a new boiler was not necessary and that he would get the parts for the boiler and fit it the next day, which he duly did! What a fabulous service!! What we didn't know was that a carpet layer had used very long tacks/nails and had penetrated a pipe, so a few days later, Mick came back on the same day to sort another problem out! At all times, he was polite, extremely knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and explained what was wrong and fixed it!! I was so impressed that I asked Mick to service our boiler, which he duly did. He informed us that the house's earth was on the street pipe and not on the house pipe, and nobody had picked that up in over 10 years!! I really can not praise Mick highly enough and recommend his companies services. His wife Christine always replied to my messages and is a very efficient administrator and organiser and ensured that the bills and any documentation were sent quickly to us.

Mick is a total boiler boffin and is an endless font of knowledge for all makes and models. He also came out very quickly when my elderly mother’s boiler stopped working. A bit pricey, but if you want a good job these days, it costs.

Excellent service. Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable, replaced one radiator and fixed another quickly and cleanly and made sure whole house was balanced. He also followed up promptly next day to resolve one lukewarm radiator. Will definitely use again

I want to thank Adam for being so brilliant and saving us and our neighbours from a most disastrous ‘sewer pipe’ blockage incident. We all realised our houses and gardens were scarily close to being flooded with **** due to a massive, historical build up. Adam came to our rescue immediately and worked tirelessly, patiently and very skilfully to clear the blockage and save the day. We are so grateful to him and would most highly recommend him for undertaking any plumbing work you have. Our little row of houses will certainly do just that. Again, huge thanks Adam.

Adam and Darren from AJD recently gave really excellent service recently. Family emergency meant I needed to replace a bath/shower with a walk in shower with seat. The work was carried out extremely promptly and efficiently. The finished product was outstanding. They were thoroughly professional throughout the three day turnaround and kept me fully posted during the works. I would strongly recommend AJD Plumbing for all your needs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Plough at Langley had an excellent experience with Arton Plumbing! They responded to my call and within 3 hours were at the door! Sue and Karen provided such supportive assistance over the phone. Callum arrived promptly and resolved our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks to their teamwork, The Plough was back up and running just in time for our lunch service. I can't thank them enough! Highly recommend!

I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work and how he went above and beyond to help! He came to fix a leaking toilet and during his visit he also resealed around the toilet, replaced the toilet seat, removed sealant from around our bath and sorted out our bath. I cannot thank Luke enough for his effort, time and help! Thank you Luke! Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to go the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to call Arton again in the future and request Luke again! Thank you Arton team ☺️!

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Paul as a competent, professional, trustworthy, and efficient plumber. Paul installed our new dishwasher and supplied and fitted a new kitchen tap. Rang Paul at 9.00am and by just gone 10 he rang to say he could fit me in between jobs regarding issues with two toilets we had. He came straight in and fixed both toilets with no fuss. Also whilst he was here fixed two taps that needed looking at. Cannot recommend him enough. Will deffinately use Paul again as most plumbers are only interested in redoing your whole bathroom! Excellent service thank you.

I have been very pleased with the recent installation of a combi boiler and radiators with Kentish Plumbers. They have provided excellent communications throughout, provided great advice on different options and been very patient with me, quoting these scenarios, especially Will. Excellent, prompt and well priced service. This was the only firm of 5 that I spoke to that was willing to be creative, in compliance with OFTEC regs, in the location and installation of a new oil tank. Very pleased with the work.
