The best thing about this firm is that we like someone who can make a difference to the bathroom or kitchen. Mr. Fielder is a very professional plumber with many years of experience who is very careful to give the customer exactly the finished results that are expected and at the same time being polite and courteous.

I needed a repair on my 18 year old central heating boiler which had served me faithfully for 18 years. Thomas replied to my call very promptly - on a Sunday!!. At first he thought he would be able to repair the boiler but it turned out that in the end it required a new circuit board and he told me it was going to be quite expensive. I had already considered a new boiler and I decided to go ahead with that but I stress that Thomas was prepared to keep trying to get the old one going again if that had been what I wanted. He gave me a price which I was happy with and he fitted a Baxi 830 combination boiler including a magnetic filter and a Hive wi-fi thermostat to give me remote control over the heating system. The installation was quick and efficient and he made sure that everything was working as it should be. He even registered the 10 year parts and labour guarantee for me. He cleaned up very efficiently. If I had been able to give him 10 stars for this job it would still not be enough. At 75 I have had many people doing jobs for me over the years but I have never had better service. If you need a plumbing or heating job done TS Plumbing Services is the place to go.

Perry and the team installed a new replacement boiler for my mother and did an absolutely first class job for which we were very thankful. I was dealing with Perry on the phone from London and he continually kept me abreast of what was required, when the materials would arrive and found positive solutions for the job in hand. Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.

Ben from TG plumbing came out to do toilet repair for us. He completed the job cleanly and with great care. I will use again and would highly recommend.

Excellent from initial contact through to completion. We contacted Ty for a quotation for the installation of a replacement shower. He was polite, gave good advice and a reasonable quote that we acceptable. The work, that included replacement tiling, was carried out on the agreed day by another member of the team, who again was polite, repectful and always checked with us to agree action required on minor issues that were found within our current plumbing. The finished work is 1st class and these guys will be my first call for any future work.

I can’t thank Ben highly enough for his first class service today. I was in a real pickle when my bathroom was blocked and flooded and he arrived quickly and fixed it. I highly recommend him and the price was good too. If ever I need a plumber again, he’ll be the one I’ll be calling. An easy five stars!

Superb! Just superb! I had a blocked kitchen sink and all my usual tricks hadn't worked. I'd done my last drops of One Shot (the only thing that ever worked), used some caustic soda, been outside down the pipes with my drain snake, which had never failed me before today. Nothing! Called Mayday as I'd seen the vans, and the same afternoon they came round and fixed the problem. Properly good price too considering the short notice. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs anything of this nature. Thank you very, very much.

Highly recommended this firm. They were on time, very polite and worked very hard installing 5 radiators in one day. They did a great job of putting the radiators in and were very tidy and left no mess. Before they left they made sure everything was back on and the radiators were all working properly.
