Jack replied to my enquiry over Christmas and came over immediately afterwards to fix a leak which he did quickly and efficiently. He is extremely professional and I had no hesitation in asking for further quotes. He's working on getting his gas installations qualifications too which will be handy. Highly recommended.

Had Jack round to re do some faulty piping done by a previous plumber, ended up wanting him to install my brand new bathroom, shower, bath etc can not not praise him enough! Jack moved the pipes and installed two brand new radiators and moved a third. Really impeccable work and kept me informed every step of the way. I'd absolutely recommend him and get him back for any other work.

Got home after a few days away to a freezing cold house and no hot water, I called Andy after getting recommendations from my local Facebook group, he couldn't have been more helpful, he called me back and talked me through fixing the pressure in my boiler, it worked straight away and didn't cost me anything.. My boiler ceased working few days ago. Had to call a plumber out in an emergency. Andy from Bryant Plumbing came promptly and on time. He professionally diagnosed the system and gave me an option either to gave some expensive work done on it or replace the boiler as it was over 13 years old. A replacement boiler quote was emailed to me that evening. I very much appreciated his professionalism and honesty. Thank you!

I woke up this morning with my boiler flashing all sorts of icons. I was home alone and didn’t really know what to do. I called Andy and he was at my place within 30min. It turned out to be a super quick fix, he showed me how to do it in case it happens again. All was done within 5 minutes. Didn’t charge me anything and was just happy to help. This must be the millionth time Ethan came to the rescue. The first time was a year ago after we had another plumber damage our home. Ethan and his team corrected all the leaks and damage. The most recent time, my hot water was not coming out. Arrived on the same day, as they said. As always clean, wear foot protectors so respect the clients home. He always thoroughly explains what the issues are so its all understood. The only plumbers I trust. Thankyou once again.

I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

Adam has just installed a new radiator for us plus dealt with a leaking joint we had plus a further small one he detected whilst here. He previously installed and regularly services our boiler plus completely refurbished our bathroom. Always does an excellent job and leaves it all clean & tidy. Highly recommend. We now only let Adam carry out any work required to our plumbing & heating system.

So pleased that we have found a reliable plumber after moving to Herne, Adam came out a few months ago when we had a problem with the boiler, he then came back and gave the boiler a thorough service at a very reasonable price, today he came to isolate our gas hob ready for it to be replaced by an electric one. After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

Chris replaced a normal radiator with a towel radiator in one of our bathrooms. Excellent communication and I was very happy with the price he charged for doing the work. Turned up on time and got the job done quickly and tidily. Really happy with the end product. Would definitely recommend.
