Guys plumbing and heating we an excellent team to deal. Craig fitted a water softener into my kitchen cupboard. It was not easy to do but he was very patient and did an excellent job. Any mess he made he cleared up he cleared up perfectly. We would also recommend Guys plumbing and heating. Thank you

Matt and his team carried out the plumbing and put in the new en-suite for our loft conversion this summer and did a great job of adapting our existing plumbing to allow the building works to progress and put it all back together again seamlessly. Lovely guy came out to change my tap in my shower room in my mobile home. Literally spoke to him about it after another plumber had let me down, he was here in an hour! Chris replaced a normal radiator with a towel radiator in one of our bathrooms. Excellent communication and I was very happy with the price he charged for doing the work. Turned up on time and got the job done quickly and tidily. Really happy with the end product. Would definitely recommend.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I had a boiler service booked but was let downg let down by Swale Heating at the last minute, but CAS Plumbing Ltd came to the rescue the same day I called! Chris did an excellent job—he was not only efficient and professional but also took the time to explain the whole process as he completed all the checks. He had the boiler up and running quickly, and his friendly, clear communication gave me complete confidence in the work. Ian connected up my underfloor heating and pump and then filled the system. He arrived on tme, kept me informed about what he was doing and things that would need to be done differently than planned, as well as doing some extra bits that I hadn't asked for but made my life much easier. He is clean and honestly priced, I.E no random charges and I knew what I would be paying before he turned up. He was recommended to us and I'd have no hesitation to recommend him to others. In fact I will be getting him back for the next stage of our project.

Ian (Eno) Blackwell has done various plumbing and heating jobs for us, over several years, including total replacement of our old boiler and installation of a new Worcester combi boiler and all the related pipe work. He always explains what's going on, gives realistic estimates and invariably arrives on time, and always cleans up after the job. In addition. he is very polite and courteous. I would recommend him very highly.

Ian did a few jobs for us including fitting a dishwasher in a cupboard, servicing our boiler and replacing some sink plumbing bits. He fitted us in quickly, actually answers the phone, was on time both times he came to see us, worked quickly and charged a very reasonable rate. He is also lovely to talk to 😊

Ian has fit boilers for me in 2 different properties and I have had no issues with them. He arrives on time and explains exactly what he is going to do. I have not been charged any more than my original quote. I have recommended him to 2 other people who have subsequently had boilers fitted and have also had no complaints. He is very knowledgeable about different boiler systems and helped us decide which type was best for us to install.

Fantastic service. The engineers kept us informed of the work they were doing throughout, and made suitable recommendations for work to be carried out at our next service. They were very tidy in their work and were not phased by our cats zooming around because there were 'strangers' in the house.

We first came across David 13 years ago when he was recommended by mutual friends. He serviced our old back boiler, (which it turned out was doing it's best to kill us), & we then engaged him to install a new boiler, all necessary pipework & radiators, in exchange for a combination of money & a LOT of Custard Creams. Since then, we have relied on the company to regularly service, & less-regularly repair, our boiler at a very monthly reasonable cost. As David's company has expanded, we have had different engineers attend, all of which have been exemplary & knowledgeable. As an example of the lengths the company goes to, our boiler,. (in the extension attic space), went offline when my disabled partner was alone at home, (I was in Scotland), & couldn't access the device. Clarke's sent an engineer from Faversham to Folkestone just to switch the boiler on & resolve the issue, THE SAME DAY they were contacted. You won't find better service than that. David recently came out to see us to fix an issue & to service the boiler; still the same great service & reasonable pricing. If you're in their catchment area, don't bother going elsewhere; these guys are at the top of their game. Highly recommended.

A first rate experience with this company. They attended to fix a boiler breakdown the very next morning and from the first moment was fantastic. Arrived exactly when agreed, was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. All issues fixed and boiler repaired and serviced as well as additional remedial work identified if we wanted to do that at another time. Smart Plumbing did a superb, professional job installing our new radiators. When we first approached Smart Plumbing about changing them, Ian came and recommended a separate company for supplying the radiators which we really appreciated as they were a great price compared to what we had seen elsewhere. Nathan and Charlie turned up on day of install on time and completed everything perfectly and left our home immaculate. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We used Smart plumbing recently to reroute the shower from tank to combi. We were told it would take 3 days , during which time the water and heating would be off. We dropped a key to Ian’s team and went away for the 3 days. When we came back you would not have known they had been in - except now everything worked! Thanks for a great job. Highly recommended.
