Used twice
1- Fitted an En Suite, needed to come twice and very reliable both times, very pleased
2- Came to fix heating, fast response, again very reliable , fixed the problem, then went on to fix radiator issues.
Nothing was too much trouble, amazing service, wouldn’t use any other plumber
