I have used Mark for many years for boiler repairs and servicing to plumbing issues. He is well priced and reliable and he works quickly when he is here. I like his plumbing tips as well when I have tried to repair minor things myself .

I've said it before and i'll say it again!! MCS are absolute legends!!!. Mark came round yesterday to fit a new immersion water tank. This is the second time I've called MCS for plumbing issues and they have solved them both. Extremely professional, cleans as he works, very good quotes and Mark is genuinely a lovely guy. I can't express how grateful I am to Mark and MCS, I'd highly recommend them to anyone!. Thanks again guys.

Mike Oliver came to deal with three plumbing issues. He sorted out substandard work to a toilet cistern done by another plumber, repaired a tap and then replaced a stopcock where a previous plumber had previously declared it couldn't be done. The bill was extremely reasonable. He is very straightforward to deal with. Highly recommended.

Heating packed up. Never used this company before. Phoned them up Paul was on another job but was around in hour and half. Changed a valve and fixed a leak. heating back up and running. Suggested other valve needed changing as the leak had dripped into it.Appeared the following morning fixed leak and changed valve. Excellent service masked up and social distanced. Would recommend this plumber every time.

I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Craig came to look at the problem the evening I contacted him. He was able to diagnose the problem and contacted me the next day to give a price and date for the repair. Unfortunately he was unable to keep the date due to the previous job overrunning but contacted me early to rearrange for the following day. An emergency call out to Craig at Linked Plumbing and Heating resulted in saying a long overdue farewell to our horrible 16 year old boiler (aka frankenboiler). Craig lead us through our options and was able to fit us in as an emergency job while we were away for a few days. His team took two days to install a modern Vaillant combi, with a new flue though the roof of our townhouse and Nest thermostats. They were neat and tidy throughout and Craig's communication before, during and after installation was outstanding. He even popped round a couple of days later to give us a guided tour of everything he'd done. This was a faultless experience and I would highly recommend Linked Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of boiler installation and servicing in Kent.

Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice. He arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did the job perfectly. Great value for money. When we need work on the boiler done in the future, we’ll be calling Craig back. I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone

James, Konner and Jasper did a wonderful job of turning an outdated ensuite bathroom into a very smart modern walk in shower room. They arrived on time every day, worked continuously, checking we were happy every step of the way, and were extremely polite and exceptionally clean workers. Woke up for work this morning, proceeded with my normal routine in the bathroom to find all the water was leaking out the u-bend under the basin once I started to run the tap. An ironic situation considering it was only a few days ago that I picked up one of their business cards. The engineer sacrificed his lunch break to squeeze me in so it was greatly appreciated. Provided me with a reasonable price and replaced the u-bend in no time - top guys.

After my sister recommended Noble Platinum Plumbing, I decided to give them a call for a power flush on my heating system. I’m so glad I did! Antony has just finished the second annual service on our gas boiler. He is an extremely knowledgeable professional and is very thorough doing his job. He does not miss any early signs of wear and tear that later cause malfunctions leaving you with no heating, generally at the coldest time of year. He is very good at explaining fully what has been done and answers any questions arising. All in all, excellent value for the work done. Oh … and our dog loves him!
