I've said it before and i'll say it again!! MCS are absolute legends!!!. Mark came round yesterday to fit a new immersion water tank. This is the second time I've called MCS for plumbing issues and they have solved them both. Extremely professional, cleans as he works, very good quotes and Mark is genuinely a lovely guy. I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Will definitely be calling Josh again for any future boiler issues!

Mike Oliver came to deal with three plumbing issues. He sorted out substandard work to a toilet cistern done by another plumber, repaired a tap and then replaced a stopcock where a previous plumber had previously declared it couldn't be done. The bill was extremely reasonable. He is very straightforward to deal with. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t recommend this company more! We needed plumbing work done at home including a completely new boiler, not only did drips quote us a very reasonable price (cheaper than other quotes obtained) but they where very very professional and polite. Very trustworthy and tidy workforce, by the time they finished and left you wouldn’t of known I had any work done, the boys where immaculate and was sure to clean up all mess made & even washed thier mugs I made them refreshments in!!! Antony has just finished the second annual service on our gas boiler. He is an extremely knowledgeable professional and is very thorough doing his job. He does not miss any early signs of wear and tear that later cause malfunctions leaving you with no heating, generally at the coldest time of year. He is very good at explaining fully what has been done and answers any questions arising. All in all, excellent value for the work done. Oh … and our dog loves him!
