Wow, what an amazing service from Mark, who came out only a few hours after I rang him from returning from my holiday to find out that my hot water wouldn't work. Not a crisis, but inconvenient. Very pleasant and engaging man, explained what he was doing and the cost of repair was music to my ears. David Shuttleworth and Mark are excellent. Over the years they’ve given us good, honest, straight-forward advice. The work that they’ve done has been faultless and to the highest standard. The words that spring to mind with David Shuttleworth are: quality, honest and trustworthy. That’s what I need from a plumber - it’s an unbeatable combination. I recommend them very highly. I've known David & Mark since I came over about 13 years ago from Yorkshire as a missionary for these Lancashire folk!!!! They came highly recommended & I have used them for all our family's plumbing needs. They have always been very efficient, reliable, professional & tidy .... although it does cost an arm & a leg in teabags!! I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any job large or small.
