Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Antony has just finished the second annual service on our gas boiler. He is an extremely knowledgeable professional and is very thorough doing his job. He does not miss any early signs of wear and tear that later cause malfunctions leaving you with no heating, generally at the coldest time of year. He is very good at explaining fully what has been done and answers any questions arising. All in all, excellent value for the work done. Oh … and our dog loves him!

Great experience with a boiler replacement and a system flush. Price was reasonable from the start and kept us up to date with any issues. Even helped out with some troubleshooting around our water pressure.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Couldn’t recommend this company more! We needed plumbing work done at home including a completely new boiler, not only did drips quote us a very reasonable price (cheaper than other quotes obtained) but they where very very professional and polite. Very trustworthy and tidy workforce, by the time they finished and left you wouldn’t of known I had any work done, the boys where immaculate and was sure to clean up all mess made & even washed thier mugs I made them refreshments in!!! I wil, defiantly be using them again whenever & have already recommended them to friends & family. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Highly recommend 24/7 Plumbing Solutions and Sherry. Am a repeat customer as he has installed my boiler last year, serviced it this year, and fixed a tricky bathroom leak. Sherry is punctual, professional and thoughtful, and has delivered work of very high quality. Had no hesitation in asking him to work on refurbishing the bathroom for me.

Simple job, could do it myself but it would take much longer and no doubt require tools and parts I don’t have. Sherry turned up, got on his knees reaching pipes my hands would not. Initially we called Castle Heating for a breakdown 2 days before a large family gathering on Christmas day. Not only did they come out quick and at the stated time, they left us able to get through our gathering. Two days after Christmas, they fitted the new boiler in what is the most awkward of places. I never did get their names, but the 2 men were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bonus..... all this at a really good price.
