James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. Tom recently serviced my boiler and replaced a seal. Prior to the appointment he took the time to explain the service, and what the noise I could hear would be likely to be. On the day, Tom let me know he could pop round earlier, which was great as it was chilly. He was super friendly and has followed up since to check whether the noise had returned. From start to finish he was excellent and I'd really recommend him.

Tom carried out the installation of a new radiator very efficiently and to a high standard. He also resolved an outstanding issue with the hot setting of our shower. We are very pleased to have found Tom and will undoubtedly be using his services again.

Tom did an absolutely brilliant job switching us over from an old gravity fed system to a new combi boiler. We’ve used Tom 3 times for 3 rooms and 4 radiator installations. He’s always quick to respond, clean and tidy, and does a great job. Solid fittings, and reorganising the pipes under the floorboards for a better fit.
