Tom did an absolutely brilliant job switching us over from an old gravity fed system to a new combi boiler. We were without water for very little time.and the hot water was back on incredibly quickly too. Great value and job turned around in two days and left really tidy as well. A really friendly guy and a pleasure to do business with. One of those you keep in your contacts! Thanks so much!

Tom recently serviced my boiler and replaced a seal. Prior to the appointment he took the time to explain the service, and what the noise I could hear would be likely to be. On the day, Tom let me know he could pop round earlier, which was great as it was chilly. He was super friendly and has followed up since to check whether the noise had returned. From start to finish he was excellent and I'd really recommend him.

We’ve used Tom 3 times for 3 rooms and 4 radiator installations. He’s always quick to respond, clean and tidy, and does a great job. Solid fittings, and reorganising the pipes under the floorboards for a better fit.

If you are looking for a cheerful, helpful and 'nothing too much trouble' service (usually a 'rare' thing!) then I 100% recommend Tom at TJD Plumbing, Heating & Gas Ltd. I needed a specialised immersion serviced/checked over quickly and somehow in his busy schedule he fitted me in, was prompt, clean and tidy and took the time to check and do a little repair on my shower too. I highly recommend Tom, nice friendly guy too.

I have been very pleased with the recent installation of a combi boiler and radiators with Kentish Plumbers. They have provided excellent communications throughout, provided great advice on different options and been very patient with me, quoting these scenarios, especially Will. Joe, who did the installation and made many recommendations, did a really neat job, despite me wanting a radiator in an awkward location! Dean got to me on time and was presentable, friendly and helpful. I had two toilets which wouldn't stop flushing. It turned out that parts for both were discontinued, despite not being very old. Dean came up with alternatives. One toilet ended up being an easy fix, the other had to come out for a part to be replaced. He was calm and professional, advising me every step of the way what he was doing and seeking my consent for proceeding. He also kept me informed as to cost. He worked carefully, with respect for my home and successfully fixed both toilets. I would definitely use him again.
