Recently widowed and struggling with plumbing problems, I was at my wits end. Leaky pipes, wobbly tap. Guys Plumbing were recommended to me. The boys arrived and started work on all the many issues immediately. They worked with confidence and efficiency. They were pleasant and helpful - left NO mess - worked well and sorted ALL. I cannot recommend them enough.

Guy’s have done a lot of work on my home installing a new full heating system and boiler. They also fitted a new bathroom and downstairs cloak room. We are pleased with the standard of work which was efficiently carried out with a friendly, hard working team.

Dan and the team went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and taking the time to thoroughly explain the heating system in our new home. They were punctual, friendly, and professional, and recently upgraded us to Hive, giving us full remote control over our heating. The whole experience was seamless, and their commitment to customer care really shows. We can’t recommend them enough!

After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Will definitely be calling Josh again for any future boiler issues!

We have called on Ollie for a plethora of plumbing issues, from emergency leaks and fixing showers, to most recently- installing an unvented cylinder hot water system. Ollie works to the highest standards and will always share his expertise. Amazing! Sherry came round at first as an emergency to check on our heating system. It was clear we needed a new boiler, he made sure we didn’t go cold by giving us some courtesy radiators which was great. He ordered new system and it was available in a few days, fitted it, talked us through every step of what was going on and how to operate it. Now we are in a lovely snug heated home again! Simple job, could do it myself but it would take much longer and no doubt require tools and parts I don’t have. Sherry turned up, got on his knees reaching pipes my hands would not. Resolved the blockage (coin battery) and then replace the mixer tap - all in all a nice simple job, made to look even easier. Cheers Sherry

Sherry changed our open vent system to a combi boiler system, throughout the job he encountered a number of inherent issues and was quick to offer a solution and still managed to get the job done within the timescale quoted. I would highly recommend his services!

I've said it before and i'll say it again!! MCS are absolute legends!!!. Mark came round yesterday to fit a new immersion water tank. I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone

PS: He also put the plaster back and added a first layer of filling. I had to do a bit of sandpapering and a second layer of filling, but trust me, I have two left hands and I still made it :-)

We were recommended The Heating Network by a family member. Steve has been out several times to service our boiler, install a shower pump and troubleshoot/resolve issues with the radiators. All issues are resolved quickly with a detailed explanation to the issue. Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice. An emergency call out to Craig at Linked Plumbing and Heating resulted in saying a long overdue farewell to our horrible 16 year old boiler (aka frankenboiler). Craig lead us through our options and was able to fit us in as an emergency job while we were away for a few days. His team took two days to install a modern Vaillant combi, with a new flue though the roof of our townhouse and Nest thermostats. They were neat and tidy throughout and Craig's communication before, during and after installation was outstanding. He even popped round a couple of days later to give us a guided tour of everything he'd done. This was a faultless experience and I would highly recommend Linked Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of boiler installation and servicing in Kent.

So happy to have chosen Linked Plumbing & Heating to do our bathroom refurbishment. Craig and his team were very friendly, helpful and polite. They offered advice throughout.
