Simple job, could do it myself but it would take much longer and no doubt require tools and parts I don’t have. Sherry turned up, got on his knees reaching pipes my hands would not. Resolved the blockage (coin battery) and then replace the mixer tap - all in all a nice simple job, made to look even easier. Cheers Sherry

Amazing! Sherry came round at first as an emergency to check on our heating system. It was clear we needed a new boiler, he made sure we didn’t go cold by giving us some courtesy radiators which was great. He ordered new system and it was available in a few days, fitted it, talked us through every step of what was going on and how to operate it. Now we are in a lovely snug heated home again! We used Nick to sort a problem with our bathroom drains when other plumbers had declined. Nick arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was a pleasure to have in the house. Impeccable.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice. I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Recently widowed and struggling with plumbing problems, I was at my wits end. Leaky pipes, wobbly tap. Guys Plumbing were recommended to me. The boys arrived and started work on all the many issues immediately. They worked with confidence and efficiency. They were pleasant and helpful - left NO mess - worked well and sorted ALL. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. Mike Oliver came to deal with three plumbing issues. He sorted out substandard work to a toilet cistern done by another plumber, repaired a tap and then replaced a stopcock where a previous plumber had previously declared it couldn't be done. The bill was extremely reasonable. He is very straightforward to deal with. Highly recommended.
