We were recommended The Heating Network by a family member. Steve has been out several times to service our boiler, install a shower pump and troubleshoot/resolve issues with the radiators. All issues are resolved quickly with a detailed explanation to the issue. Steve has always been on time, polite and very tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a friendly and professional plumber.

An excellent service. The Heating Network spent time talking through and fully understanding our requirements. They quickly gave us a competitive and comprehensive quote. From our initial query to the installation of our new Worcester boiler they were exceptionally professional - listening and advising as needed, and always with a very speedy response time. James, Konner and Jasper did a wonderful job of turning an outdated ensuite bathroom into a very smart modern walk in shower room. They arrived on time every day, worked continuously, checking we were happy every step of the way, and were extremely polite and exceptionally clean workers. James did a great work, he's a hard working man that delivers high end work. And the price was great as well. Really recommend him! PS: He also put the plaster back and added a first layer of filling. I had to do a bit of sandpapering and a second layer of filling, but trust me, I have two left hands and I still made it :-)

Glynn has done a fair bit of work for me over the years, including sorting leaks, servicing and sorting out issues with my boiler, fitting a gas hob and more recently putting some radiators back on and installing a towel radiator. Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. Amazing! Sherry came round at first as an emergency to check on our heating system. It was clear we needed a new boiler, he made sure we didn’t go cold by giving us some courtesy radiators which was great. He ordered new system and it was available in a few days, fitted it, talked us through every step of what was going on and how to operate it. Now we are in a lovely snug heated home again! Simple job, could do it myself but it would take much longer and no doubt require tools and parts I don’t have. Sherry turned up, got on his knees reaching pipes my hands would not. Pheonix were contractors for our agent when we used to rent our home and they were always nice to deal with. So when needed a plumber in our own place, they were the first people we called. They've aced everything asked of them, from emergency call outs, to boiler repairs and the biggest one: fitting a new shower, new valves and pipework and re-seating the bath properly. The workmanship is excellent and the people are all super helpful and friendly including the office ladies, will definitely call again if we need someone. (Hopefully not for a while 😅) .
