We've used Joseph's services several times now and have always been pleased. He is polite, professional, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. The work he has done for us looks good and has (so far) been problem free.

Water Work Plumbers were absolutely fantastic! They did a superb job on the plumbing and fitting on our new en-suite bathroom! Always on time, made fantastic suggestions and consulted us along the way. Clean, tidy and went above and beyond to make sure we got the finish we wanted and were aiming for I can whole-heartedly recommend Water Works Plumbers! Brilliant company!

Initially we called Castle Heating for a breakdown 2 days before a large family gathering on Christmas day. Not only did they come out quick and at the stated time, they left us able to get through our gathering. Two days after Christmas, they fitted the new boiler in what is the most awkward of places. I never did get their names, but the 2 men were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bonus..... all this at a really good price. I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them to come and carry out a yearly service.

Tony fitted a new bathroom and a new boiler for us. He is very professional and explained all the options to us and gave good advice. He worked hard from start to finish and never left without tidying up first. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use him again. Tony is a consummate professional. I first used him to: service my boiler; repair a shower; and a soft close toilet seat (shortly after the pandemic), and he was a Trojan. He was punctual, neat and tidy as he worked, and recommended that the manufacturer fix something on the boiler as it was still under warranty. More recently, he responded quickly to a sudden leaking stop valve on Christmas Eve and repaired it quickly. Work ethic was still the same. I highly recommend him and thank him.

Exceedingly good work attention to details. And very helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending Tony Jacobs installed a Hive for us, it regulates our hot water and heating, the beauty of this is I can control it from my mobile phone especially if we are out for the day. Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Will definitely be calling Josh again for any future boiler issues!

Couldn’t recommend this company more! We needed plumbing work done at home including a completely new boiler, not only did drips quote us a very reasonable price (cheaper than other quotes obtained) but they where very very professional and polite. Very trustworthy and tidy workforce, by the time they finished and left you wouldn’t of known I had any work done, the boys where immaculate and was sure to clean up all mess made & even washed thier mugs I made them refreshments in!!! We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Highly recommend the team at Priority Plumbing. Everyone at Priority plumbing has amazing knowledge. I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. Every member I have interacted with have always been happy to provide advice and information so much so sometimes this advice leads to me saving a lot of money. James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy. Lucas as always was very accommodating fitting me in asap. Very professional, informative and excellent work. I cannot praise him enough. He has fitted a new boiler, and has now serviced it, he reminded me and again fitted me in when convenient with me. Lucas was excellent. He was on time. I received a txt to tell me he was on his way. He carried out thorough service on my oil boiler.

Lucas undertook some our boiler service and additional smart thermostat installation. As always, he was quick to give guidance and advice and always prompt to reply to any questions I have. First class service - I would not use anyone else.

Lucas is very knowledgeable professional accomodating and friendly as well. Oil boiler I have is quite old however given clean bill of health after full service and new part which has now totally removed the smell of oil that had recently started prior to Lucas visit. Very reasonable price and great to get it all done in one visit. Highly recommend giving Lucas a shout if you have oil boiler needs :) Definitely now our boiler person.

Simple job, could do it myself but it would take much longer and no doubt require tools and parts I don’t have. Sherry turned up, got on his knees reaching pipes my hands would not. Amazing! Sherry came round at first as an emergency to check on our heating system. It was clear we needed a new boiler, he made sure we didn’t go cold by giving us some courtesy radiators which was great. He ordered new system and it was available in a few days, fitted it, talked us through every step of what was going on and how to operate it. Now we are in a lovely snug heated home again!
