Highly recommend the team at Priority Plumbing. Everyone at Priority plumbing has amazing knowledge. I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. Every member I have interacted with have always been happy to provide advice and information so much so sometimes this advice leads to me saving a lot of money. Every time I have guests over they always comment on my bathroom and some of the practical choices have come from the team, this is a testament to the years and experience they have within the team.

Would highly recommend Priority Plumbing. Just had a new boiler, central heating and gas pipe installed, along with moving a soil stack. Byron and the team were very knowledgable and helpful. The work is very neat and tidy and the team are very efficient. You can tell that they take pride in their work and have great attention to detail. Will continue annual servicing with them and would not hesitate to use them again. If you’re local, don’t look elsewhere!

We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. Priority Plumbing are my go to professionals for this work and would highly recommend Mr. Byron and the team.

They always arrived on time and kept us informed in every aspect of the jobs (loved their tracking app as having a dog it gave us time to round him up and shut him away out of harms way before they arrived) We will be having our central heating serviced annually and will have Priority Plumbing & Heating in to do this in the future. Initially we called Castle Heating for a breakdown 2 days before a large family gathering on Christmas day. Not only did they come out quick and at the stated time, they left us able to get through our gathering. Two days after Christmas, they fitted the new boiler in what is the most awkward of places. I never did get their names, but the 2 men were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bonus..... all this at a really good price. I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them to come and carry out a yearly service.

James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy. I can highly recommend Acute, called out to resolve an issue caused by another contractor. Steve the engineer was polite, friendly and professional. First for drains came to my house to sort out our blockage. The team were extremely explanatory of what they needed to do. Alfie was polite and friendly and we were more than satisfied with the works completed.

I recently contacted first4drains to address some persistent drainage issues in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the entire process was seamless. Matthew was one of there technicians who was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough inspection and clearly explained the problem, offering me several options for repair. The work itself was done efficiently, and they took the time to ensure everything was functioning properly before leaving. What impressed me the most was he’s attention to detail; they cleaned up the work area impeccably, leaving no mess behind.

Simple job, could do it myself but it would take much longer and no doubt require tools and parts I don’t have. Sherry turned up, got on his knees reaching pipes my hands would not. Sherry changed our open vent system to a combi boiler system, throughout the job he encountered a number of inherent issues and was quick to offer a solution and still managed to get the job done within the timescale quoted. I would highly recommend his services!

Amazing! Sherry came round at first as an emergency to check on our heating system. It was clear we needed a new boiler, he made sure we didn’t go cold by giving us some courtesy radiators which was great. He ordered new system and it was available in a few days, fitted it, talked us through every step of what was going on and how to operate it. Now we are in a lovely snug heated home again! Water Work Plumbers were absolutely fantastic! They did a superb job on the plumbing and fitting on our new en-suite bathroom! Always on time, made fantastic suggestions and consulted us along the way. I've received great service compared to all the negative ones here. Customer services was really helpful. The engineer that attended today was lovely. So polite, efficient and clearly knowledgeable in the field. No awkwardness, as even managed to chat! Oh and one of the first contractors sent by my landlord that was tidy! Like no mess made whatsoever. PS: The reason for the visit was a soil stack issue. Smell has left the property minutes after he changed it.
