EXCELLENT experience all round. Of all the tradesmen I've been getting to know in and around the Medway Fred and Steve were easily the most professional, solid with their work and tidy in their clean up afterwards, and expert with advice about if and what to change about our heating system to make it more efficient. Found them through heatgeek and that recommendation was worth every penny. This isn't just your local plumber that's good for fixing leaks (though I'm sure they do that well). These guys know heating systems inside out, you can talk to them about building heat loss and discuss boiler choice and setting the existing one so as to optimise the system in your house. They even dealt with an emergency when an unrelated electrician damaged some piping they recently worked on. Cannot recommend enough, will 100% return for more in the future.

Fred completed an annual service on my boiler in February 2023 in Faversham. Very punctual, straightforward and easy to work with. Referred by Heat Geeks. Clearly knows their stuff on heating controls, heat pumps and efficiency. If I were looking to replace or upgrade my heating / hot water system I know where I would turn for advice.

Fred, Darren and the new plumber (sorry don't know his name as yet) have been responsive, helpful and professional. When they have other work commitments they have tried to fit us in and when it's been urgent have giggled their appointments. Very reliable and knowledgeable and reasonable charges.

I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Amazing! Sherry came round at first as an emergency to check on our heating system. It was clear we needed a new boiler, he made sure we didn’t go cold by giving us some courtesy radiators which was great. He ordered new system and it was available in a few days, fitted it, talked us through every step of what was going on and how to operate it. Now we are in a lovely snug heated home again! Simple job, could do it myself but it would take much longer and no doubt require tools and parts I don’t have. Sherry turned up, got on his knees reaching pipes my hands would not. Resolved the blockage (coin battery) and then replace the mixer tap - all in all a nice simple job, made to look even easier. Cheers Sherry

Water Work Plumbers were absolutely fantastic! They did a superb job on the plumbing and fitting on our new en-suite bathroom! Our soil stack pipe needed replacing and we found Dean after doing some research online and looking at his excellent reviews. From start to finish Dean was friendly, reliable and professional. He was informative about what needed to be done as our old pipe was asbestos and had to be professionally removed. We are really impressed with the high standard of Dean’s work and how tidy he was. We’ve also had follow up calls from him to check everything is as it should be. Would highly recommend Dean and definitely use him again in the future.

I first met Dean 10 years ago when he installed a new boiler in my old home. He went on to replace all the radiators, and carried out annual boiler servicing too. He contnued with the annual service when I moved to a new home 3 years ago. Just last week, he replaced radiators in my current home too. I trust him because of his professional and excellent approach to work. The end result is next to none. If you are looking for a gas Engineer, he is the person. Chris from Go Fix came and resolved a nightmare issue in my newly installed wetroom. Previous workmen had made a complete mess, but Chris diagnosed the problem had to patiently wait for parts before returning to complete the job.
