Swapped a manual Thermostat for a digital one on the heating system. Had to cut open wall to mount wall box, was very neat and tidy. Also removed the unnecessary timer in the heating cupboard and installed a blanking plate without being asked which was a nice touch. Very polite and great service.

We have used this electrical company a few times and have always experienced very good personal and efficient service

Prowired Electrical were initially appointed to provide a temporary electric board in MK1 Installations new Warehouse which came as a completely empty shell to which they were able to provide a next day service for the supply and installation. Because they provided such a high standard of service with the initial work as stated above and the costs in doing so were very reasonable, it was only right that the appointment of installing our warehouse lighting was also put their way and again, they were very helpful from advising, right through to again the supply and installation of lighting which was all done within a week. The directors(Danny & Nathan) are always happy to help and ensure that any specific requirements are met regardless of how big or small.

The way Danny Edmond runs his business Prowired can be a lesson for all business owners. As a business coach I see many. He has a highly responsive helpful team. Great quality of installation. All round I would recommend Prowired to anybody who needs a high quality electrical installation.

Choosing McCarthy & Sons was the best decision we have made in years! From start to finish their professional knowledge has been second to none. They have been 100% reliable during the completion of our double story extension, completing the build on time as they predicted. They have been fantastic at project management and have taken all the stress of the build away from my husband and I. McCarthy & Sons work incredibly hard every day working long hours and always spend time at the end of each day diligently sweeping and tidying the site which shows how respectful they are. They are qualified experts in their field from building to electrics and plumbing and have been sticklers for ensuring all their work complies with all building regulations and electrical legal requirements etc which have given us great peace of mind. The owner, Steve McCarthy has an eye for detail and perfection that has ensured that our build finish quality is excellent and other tradesmen who have come to our house since completion of the extension have commented on how good the extension is (unheard of compliments from other tradespeople!!). I wouldn't hesitate to use McCarthy & Sons again. If only all building companies were like them.

Simon replaced all the electrics in my parent's house. They are both in their 90s so was a big ask. Simon carried out the work with very little interference to my parents and the job was done very quickly. Very pleased.

Simon is always reliable , communicates well and does the required jobs with ease for client. I always recommend him to neighbours etc. and they say the same.

I highly recommend Simon. He has done a lot of work for me both major renovations and minor jobs. He is always diligent, professional and hard working. He has high standards yet always very reasonably priced. I would use Simon again without hesitation.

This is my second only review on Google and a follow-up to my first. After a devastating disappointment with installers from my 1st review, I called Simon because he was the only one to inform me that my Smart panel would require a different installation procedure that was also apparently indicated by the manufacturer’s website. He didn’t require any information from the manufacturer. This was based on his thorough research and understanding of the mechanics behind the system. What a breath of fresh air to have a good technician by your side. Needless to say, He agreed to a fixed price after inspecting the mess that was left behind by the previous electricians and performed the following tasks: Repositioned and rewire the unit. Remove the 25mm conduits and replace them with 32mm. Installed an additional fusebox and tidied my consumer unit. I honestly have not met a more a professional person in this line of work. I am very grateful to have your competence and will highly recommend your service.

Darren is his team are a highly professional bunch which carried out their work to high standards and diligence. A consumer unit replacement job turned into then having to add extra 32amp sockets for my HiFi system didnt sway them. They were more than happy to do the wxtra work. I highly recommend them. Great workmanship. I needed an electrician at short notice and Darren from On-X Electrical came to my rescue. This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

I had "Electrical Sockets" work-related issues in my kitchen 06/08/24. Sockets connecting with the fridge, micro wave, kettle, washing machine , ninja cooker were not functioning. The oven however was working. Mimi was the electrical personnel from A A electrical services who attended my property. Mimi was: - Came in with the proper tool bags. Disposable shoe covers , presentable work uniforms and well stoked tool bags. - Brilliant in keeping me informed of the issues. - Sought my permission i.e. at various times to do additional testing that required switching off the mains. - Polite and detailed in explaining to me the options I may need to take and their relative costs. - Excellent listener. She replied with respect to my enquirers. - Kept the work area tidy. I highly recommend Mimi and AA Electrical Services.

Just had Mimi come round to do a few small jobs: replacing a fuse, kitchen light and 2 plug sockets. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgable and the whole thing was very reasonably priced. Excellent service - thank you! Highly recommended!

My most recent experience with AA Electrical services has been next to none. My partner and I have recently bought a flat that required quite a lot of work. They completed various works, ranging from fitting new electric radiators and various switches and sockets to fixing an issue with our main circuit board which would have caused us problems in the future. Furthermore after the collapse of carpet right they also helped finishing our flooring and carried out some other decorative works. All to a very high standard! We had Alex carry out most of the works for us from AA. He was absolutely brilliant! Could not recommend them enough!

I had to install three ceiling lights, but the first two electricians I contacted said the job was too small and the waiting time would be weeks. Then, I accidentally received a flyer from MTR Electrics and decided to call them. I received a quote and booked an appointment on the same day! It was amazing! Mark is friendly and professional, and he was able to complete the job within an hour. I will definitely be keeping Mark's number. Highly recommended!

MTR we're recommend. Mark turned up on time, came prepared and worked continually until the job was finished. At the end Mark talked me through what he'd done and pointed out a few issues I was not aware of. Very professional, I would recommend MTR.

Mark has just completed his 3rd piece of work for us. He undertook an EICR report a couple of months ago and has today finished the resultant remedial action.
