I needed an electrical safety certificate for a house sale. The inspection highlighted some issues which needed to be addressed. Andy was quick to provide a quotation which was reasonable and was then able to carry out the work promptly which we needed as the sale was near completion. Andy and his team carried out the work to a high standard, were punctual and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend or employ again in the future.

I used Chapman Electrical to install solar panels. I found the team to be knowledgeable, professional, polite and conscientious. Andy provided great advice as to what system suited my needs and explained the whole process clearly. The installation took a few days and was completed by Jake. The whole team were efficient, tidy, friendly and competent. Once fitted Andy proved all the documentation needed to change energy supplier. Andy also checked in with a few days to make sure I was satisfied with the work, which I was. I would highly recommend this local firm for all aspects of electrical work.

Really happy with the work, Josh was very accommodating. We had an outside plug socket, ceiling pendants, power installed to our summer house, two wall lights and spot lights, as well as more plug sockets. Very professional and tidy, will use again and highly recommend.

So impressed with Josh and his team. They have treated our renovation project as if it were their own home - with the upmost respect, knowledge and care. And so tidy! Josh has tested our electrics, designed and rewired, installed lights throughout and set up security cameras. Couldn’t be in safer hands and he has perfectly advised throughout the project. From design to install Josh was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I can't recommend him highly enough. Josh and team connected my garden office to the house mains electricity supply & ethernet point (some 30metres from the house). He installed several sockets within the garden room, a light track with spotlights, outdoor lights, a motion sensor activated flashlight and watertight outdoor plugs.

We had a problem with lighting in our downstairs bathroom with the existing fitting tripping the consumer unit. Contacted Jackson Electricals and James was on the case immediately, arriving as he said he would at 9.00am the following morning. I cannot praise his work, attention to detail and prompt response too highly. James is the best electrician I’ve known since buying my first property in 1988. Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours on a few occasions and the feedback is always very positive. Call him, book him, use him, you won't be disappointed.

Jon has rewired and replaced all internal lighting and upgraded sockets. He installed a new socket for electronics halfway down a wall for my TV. He installed outside electric wire to an outbuilding with multiple sockets. He is easy to communicate, friendly and very reliable. I would recommend him and look forward to using his services in the future.

I had a major power outage, and had no idea what to do, I was recommended Jackson’s Electrics from a colleague of mine, he responded to my text within minutes (amazing) we then spoke about the issue he managed to squeeze me in the same day.
