Prowired Electrical were initially appointed to provide a temporary electric board in MK1 Installations new Warehouse which came as a completely empty shell to which they were able to provide a next day service for the supply and installation. Because they provided such a high standard of service with the initial work as stated above and the costs in doing so were very reasonable, it was only right that the appointment of installing our warehouse lighting was also put their way and again, they were very helpful from advising, right through to again the supply and installation of lighting which was all done within a week. The directors(Danny & Nathan) are always happy to help and ensure that any specific requirements are met regardless of how big or small.

We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.

Downstairs rewire, hob and shower rewire completed at residential address. The quote given was accurate, when the final invoice was received. We are very pleased with the work Ian and his team completed. They were always punctual, very tidy and clean. All the work was completed thoroughly and professionally. Ian undertook the job of replacing the original wiring in my 1960s rental property. He was helpful, honest and informative from the first consultation, confirming and explaining the necessity of the work due to the poor insulation readings and age of the wiring, advising on the number and appropriate placement of sockets and switches, and highlighting the possible problems and potential extra costs that might occur during the job. He was punctual and easy to communicate with throughout and contacted me immediately to discuss any issues. Ian was fantastic at working round the couple of problems that arose, and was able to find solutions without saddling me with extra costs! When the job was completed he cleared up thoroughly. Ian is always my first port of call for any electrical work I might need. I trust his expertise and honesty and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Ian provided his availability and prices in advance, observed all H&S requirements and made good wall and cleaned up after installing a new socket. Would highly recommend.

Over the years we have had a lot of electrical work carried out by different electricians, some better than others. Matt carried out a full electrical survey of the house, identified a few faults, carried out some remedial work and fitted 2 external lights. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous in all his work, and it is nice to have everything working properly and know that it is all safe. Matt is highly professional, turned up exactly when he he said he would, and left all the areas where he worked clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. On the day of the works we received a text in the morning stating an approximate time of arrival. Simply outstanding service all the way through from my initial phone contact with Vikki who immediately understood what was required regarding my eletrical supply having been temporarily cut off by UK Power Networks and Christian who, the same day, attended my property to sort the problem and issue and email there and then, a certificate of minor works acceptable to UK Power Networks so they would then reconnect the electrical supply to my property. Highly recommended.

Christian and Vikki really are great, and we would highly recommend them. They replaced our consumer unit and installed a number of lights and sockets for us, both internally and externally. They were quick to respond to our enquiry and come to quote for the work, reworked things to get the work completed for us before Xmas, and sent across the certificate once the work was completed. We'll certainly be using them again whenever we need more electrical work done!

Pete has been very helpful, identifying the problem as resolving. He’s very professional and kept us informed at all time, called and turned up when he said he would. He’s work is of good quality, he worked in a tidy, respectful manner. We will definitely use Pete again in the future, and would recommend.

We are new to the area and Pete has been a godsend. He’s carried out testing and investigation work on the whole house and helped us to map out a plan for tackling our project in phases. So far he’s helped us with two rooms which has included rewiring, moving and adding sockets, recessing sockets and switches (which were wall mounted), and installing spotlights. He’s booked in to do our living room soon. Pete is very transparent with pricing from the outset and is very fair and reasonable. He is also very upfront about what does and doesn’t need replacing / doing to help us stick to our budget. He’s really communicative and helpful (including with helping with our endless queries about the suitability of fittings we’re looking at). The plasterers we had to come round also commented on what a good job had been done on patching the walls back up after the cables had been chased in. I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pete. This is our first project like this and his knowledge and experience has been invaluable and reassuring. He’s also a really pleasant, polite and considerate person to have in the house. He also leaves the place spotless after each visit.

Peter was very customer focused, arranging a visit to deal with our non emergency electrical issue within three days. Peter was professional and fixed the issue promptly with an invoice that was extremely good value for money. We would certainly use Peter again and recommend him.
