This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

Darren is his team are a highly professional bunch which carried out their work to high standards and diligence. A consumer unit replacement job turned into then having to add extra 32amp sockets for my HiFi system didnt sway them. They were more than happy to do the wxtra work. I highly recommend them. We just had Darren check, fix, and finish the entire second fix electrics for our 5 bedroom house and he was excellent. Always shows up on time, works hard, offers help and advice, and the quality of his work is excellent. Would highly recommend and would certainly use him again!

Installed a new small fuse box in my garage and fed a supply to a new shed and a summerhouse. Really great job completed 100% as requested and within the timescales and costs quoted. Everything properly tested and even done an extra job for me in a spare 10 minutes. Great job, thoroughly recommend.

We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.

Downstairs rewire, hob and shower rewire completed at residential address. The quote given was accurate, when the final invoice was received. We are very pleased with the work Ian and his team completed. They were always punctual, very tidy and clean. All the work was completed thoroughly and professionally. Adam has worked for me before and this time it was at my sister's house. He installed an external outside socket for a new pond pump and the more difficult job of concreting in a Victorian cast iron lamp post, wiring it in to the mains and rewiring it. It has been removed from my late parent's house but was last rewired in the 1970s. It is now wirelessly operated from a mobile as well as a manual kinetic switch. This was a difficult job due to the lampost's considerable weight and required help from two team members as well as a winch. As before Adam's work was first class. He and his team members were friendly, efficient, courteous and prompt. I would definitely recommend Adam for electrical work and particularly unusual external jobs as well a=s whole house rewirings and new consumer units.

We first met Adam about 5 years ago when he rewired an outside awning for us. Since then he has done a couple of jobs for us, the most recent being to change our light switches around the house, and putting a new double socket in our lounge for a new in the wall fire we are buying. With all these jobs, he has been very professional, providing quotes quickly and carrying out the work on time, and in a tidy and efficient manner. We have no hesitation in recommending him. Adam is a fantastic electrician and I have used him many times. We recently needed some extractor fans installed in our bathroom and also in our en-suite shower room. Both rooms previously were not getting enough ventilation. Adam arrived at our house early and did both jobs very efficiently. He installed two extremely powerful extractor fans and the ventilation and air quality is now much better in both rooms. On another occasion he installed a new electric hob and electric cooker replacing our old gas one. Adam did all the electrical wiring necessary in our kitchen after changing over from gas and it all works perfectly. I have had a lot of electricians over the years and this guy really is the best.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Hawk Electrical. Not only did they turn up in record time but they spent a long time determining what our electrical issue was. As it turned out it was a previous install that had been installed badly and was about to catch fire. Not only did they fix the problem but probably saved our house from burning down! Thank you
