Had a new consumer unit installed and downlights replaced. Fantastic service from start to finish. Very neat and tidy, Ed obviously takes pride in his work. Both Nathan and Ed were really informative, we really felt like we had old friends in our home. Nathan and Ed came to do a slightly unusual job, testing the electric in my mobile coffee trailer. They did a thorough job and gave me lot of information and valuable advice. They went above and beyond. Really friendly and helpful. I will be booking again for next year's test.

Followed a full EICR check with some extra work to update power safely for my garage, new fusebox for in there and also the house: extra sockets now fitted and channelling work done for hidden cables for a wall mounted TV .Updated smoke alarms installed,and replacement extractor fitted to bathroom.All done really well and finished neatly with no fuss, and the guys were very courteous and neat and tidy. Definitely recommended

We contacted Richard firstly to complete a electrical survey on the house we were purchasing and then again to carry out the works which included a full rewire, installation of a new fire alarm system, removal of old/obsolete wiring, alarm systems and more. Can't recommend him highly enough, he had a team working on the weekend to help get us into our new home faster. We expected to have to do a lot of clean up once they had finished so we're pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned up and left virtually no remedial works for us to do. He was in constant contact throughout. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Richard attended very promptly to resolve an "emergency" issue where my RCD kept switching everything off. Subsequently he came back and tidied up my garden electrics which were the root cause of the problem as well as changing my outside lighting. Prompt and efficient and pleased with the result.

I spent some time researching consumer units, as I wanted the job done once to last for years to come. I spoke to two electricians, and decided to go with PN Electrical as they use one of the best brands of consumer unit (All I have found is amazing reviews for the Fusebox boards) and they carry out all the testing required. Paul and his colleague were super friendly, with excellent communication throughout and the job was completed quickly, without any hassle/fuss and looks incredibly neat. Having used Luke previously for a small job, when I needed a Hot Tub installed, there was only one call to make! Sadly, Luke, who had been magnificent previously, was going on holiday (how inconsiderate, I should knock a star off for that alone :-)), he arranged for Charlie to visit and do the job. I have done several qualifications with The Electrical Academy since they started several years ago. They are knowledgeable, professional, and well equipped. The facility in Maidstone is excellent and well located. Moreover, and most importantly they understand that their learners are people and not just numbers on a balance sheet. In my industry there is a need for continual professional development and at some time or another most of us have been to a poorly skilled and scantily equipped training centre and thought to ourselves “surely this could be done better”, well it can and these guys and girls have done it better. I don’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I recently attended the academy for my AM2, I don't know my results yet but regardless of the outcome it would have no negative reflection on TEA! The staff do an amazing job of making candidates feel at ease and dispelling some of the horror stories I've heard about the AM2. The facilities were clean and tidy with well looked after tools and equipment. Plenty of access to parking, break out areas, tea and coffee machine, sofas and microwave. All workspaces were well laid out and maintained! The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, plenty of experience in industry and education. I liked that on entry to the building there was staff ready to greet you at thier desks and not hiding out the back like some electrical wholesalers! I'd recommend the academy for anyone looking to carry out courses to further thier knowledge and build thier electricians CV! Respectable colleges should definitely look to partner up with this training provider to carry out AM2 assessments. I would particularly like to thank and recognise Mark for his time and friendly attitude throughout my AM2!

I've been an electrician for many years and been on many courses at various places but can honestly say The Electrical Academy has been the best. Very friendly, very helpful and the course tutor was knowledgeable and articulate with his explanations. I did the solar pv and EESS course and enjoyed the week.

Installed a new small fuse box in my garage and fed a supply to a new shed and a summerhouse. Really great job completed 100% as requested and within the timescales and costs quoted. Everything properly tested and even done an extra job for me in a spare 10 minutes. Great job, thoroughly recommend.

Downstairs rewire, hob and shower rewire completed at residential address. The quote given was accurate, when the final invoice was received. We are very pleased with the work Ian and his team completed. They were always punctual, very tidy and clean. All the work was completed thoroughly and professionally. We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.

Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way.
