I have used this service twice to date and intend to continue doing so. I found David to be very responsive and professional. He even came out on Christmas morning when there was an unexpected loss of power. He was able to advise me how to upgrade my electrical system, provided timely quotes and invoices and was personable and easy to communicate with. His pricing was reasonable and his work was excellent. I would certainly recommend him especially to women who are afraid of being overcharged or provided with unnecessary works.

We have used Wirex on several occasions and cannot fault their service. Liam, Alfie and Matt are all very nice guys and nothing is too much trouble but more importantly they are very good at their job. Unless I am totally convinced I never recommend anyone. I would have no hesitation in passing their number to all friends and family in fact, that is how I got their number. They are not the cheapest but are in no way the most expensive but they are very good value for money....and no, I have not been paid to write this but I would be happy for any commission coming my way. Perfect! A ceiling rose fixed for me, and My lights in my rooms look great, lounge light was a bit of a mission as a very old light but managed it beautifully and fixed new light sockets around the house for me. We have had solar panels for over 12 years and Python batteries for 5 years, we have been pleased with their performances but in winter the panels suffered from shading by our neighbours chimney. We wanted to even out the years production and decided the best place to put extra panels would be in a dead area of the garden. This would mean we produced more in winter but needed to upgrade the batteries to store the extra. We discussed our ideas with Richard who ran through all the pros and cons of our plan. We settled on the ground mounted 4KW system in the picture. It sits out the way in the garden and we are very pleased with its aesthetic and performance. The fitting team of Dave and TJ were fantastic, great guys to have on site. Friendly, helpful and very neat and tidy. From the first visit by Richard to the fitting, the very prompt back office emails and certificates etc. by Hollie and Ellie we have been truly impressed. A very efficient company, can not praise them enough. As for production and storage, this winter will be a lot better than last! Much less purchased from the grid.

After seeing the works these guys completed for my daughter, I got them out to complete some work for myself. They supplied and changed all of the downlights in my home for more energy efficient ones. As well as this, we were having issues with ventilation in our bathroom creating damp issues. They investigated the problem and they were very quick and efficient in fixing the issues found and explained everything very clearly to me. Matthew and his brother wired up my shed to connect power. They fitted an outdoor socket as well as lighting all round. On a separate occasion they supplied and fitted colour changing LED strip and profiling around my bedroom. Overall they have been really professional, polite and produce high quality work. Highly recommended. We had a solar system installed two years ago, and the installation and associated work went extremely well, with excellent communication, speedy and tidy work, fantastic aftercare and continuing support including lots of good advice on how to get the best out of the home battery. An extra star to GEE Ltd for being the only installer who suggested pigeon netting and installed it at the same time (and we most definitely needed pigeon netting!), when everyone else who quoted told us we would have to arrange that separately. Recently we had them back to add further panels to the facade, which turned out to be slightly tricky but the guys went above and beyond to figure it out and do it in record time. They also managed to persuade the DNO that no further application was needed. Thank you, GEE Ltd for consistently excellent work!

My solar panels failed to generate. I called Gee yesterday, an engineer arrived this morning and completed a full diagnosis. Fault discovered, new inverter fitted and panels cleaned today. I stumbled across Green Energy Electrical by chance and I’m so pleased I did. They installed a storage battery, new invertor and a new bi-directional meter linked to my existing solar panels. Customer service was spot on. Great communication before, during and after the install. Without fail they responded very quickly and clearly to my questions and couldn’t have been more helpful – nothing was ever too much trouble. In my experience, customer service as good as this is very rare these days. I was also delighted with the quality of the install, it looks very neat, and I was pleased with the price I paid which was very competitive. In summary, I found Green Energy Electrical to be a pleasure to deal with and I would use them again without hesitation.

Brilliant service! Inverter "died" on a Sunday, emailed GEE same day and they sent out someone the following day to diagnose problem. Really knowledgeable engineers who offered great advice. New inverter and batteries fitted 2.5 weeks later! Great customer service, keeping us informed at all stages of the process. Also offered great advice regarding the possible scammers who call to offer "free" checks of solar system - they're actually only trying to sell you more equipment. A few lights went in my front room and kitchen, I saw LNE Online, phoned them, they came next day after my work and sorted them out for me. Definitely recommend and will use again. Was also cheaper then quoted so that was a touch!
