Spoke to Mike 3 months before taking the plunge on a solar and battery storage installation. He was really helpful to run through my situation and what installation would best suit my needs. I was cost conscious at first but was put at ease following his quotation that beat all other quotes and included the black solar panels which look very sleek. When I was ready to set a date I paid my deposit and 2 weeks later they turned up on the day they said they would to install. All went well and they were very considerate to take off boots when coming into the house and didn’t hang about getting the job done. I was left with a fully functioning system the same day with the ability to see all from my phone. The equipment they use such as the solar panels and batteries are highly rated online with good warranties so no cheap parts that will fail. After nearly 3 months I can report all is well and they’ve contacted me 3-4 times to ask how the system is functioning, making sure I am happy with the system and also given advice as to what new tariffs are coming out so as best to get my solar paid off. In summary; a great small company that carries out a neat installation with good communication and a great pre care and aftercare service from engineers that care.

Highly Recommended Joe and Lewis installed new circuits for our kitchen recently, including various lighting solutions, plus a new consumer unit and an EV charger. They are highly professional, punctual, tidy, arrive when they say they are going to and nothing is too much trouble. I like the fact that Joe has a can-do attitude and rather than just taking the easy route he works with you to develop your own ideas, suggesting alternatives to consider and helps to save costs where possible. I will definitely be using Parker Electrical for any future requirements.

After a meter relocation, Eon unbelievably left us without power in the middle of winter. John installed a Fire Alarm System at very short notice. He did a marvelous job and was exceptionally responsive to all communication. He completed the job quickly, on budget and on time.He passed the Fire Inspection Test with no issue, whatsoever. We will be using John again for further work in the area. I had a problem with my solar panels which I inherited from a previous owner. The pay in tariff was less each year so Jack from Coastal Energy came and fixed the problem by installing and enphase system.. He as such a nice person and talked me through each step of his work.
