Exceptional service!! I was very pleased with the responsiveness and expertise shown by Mike. I urgently needed some locks changed for my new home and Mike was able to sort the locks for me and have them changed very quickly with short notice. Very professional and reliable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I called Micheal at 5.30pm when he had just got home after a long day. However, he still came out to me immediately to fix my broken lock, swiftly and without fuss and was happy to trust me to pay later, after sending an invoice by email. Amazing service, I called at 8pm and Joe met me 45 minutes later, he didn't have the appropriate lock so instead of waiting until the following day he went to the shop and came back and fitted a new lock at a very fair price. 5 star service from Harry at Cutting Edge. Arrived the morning after we moved in to change 4 locks. Plus he was able to sort out a French door that we just could not get open. He charged a total of £140 including labour and he was with us for about 90 minutes. He returned a few days later to fix the seal on one of our windows that was letting in draught and traffic noise. Harry is a great young business owner and he has our full recommendation 👍👍

This is the 2nd time Gary has come to the rescue. The 1st time was several years ago to replace a garage lock, and today to replace a front door lock. Both times Gary has been prompt, very professional and done a very good job at a reasonable price. There was good communication about the job, the price and time of arrival. Fantastic service!! Our door lock broke on our way out of the house, googled local locksmith and Gary was with us within 20 minutes. Sorted our door, changed handles and made spare keys for us all in less than an hour. Lovely man, fantastic service, can’t recommend him enough!

Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. I recently had a new front door fitted but unfortunately there had been a problem with the mechanism resulting in me being locked in my house a couple of times and I had lost all trust in the window & door company who fitted it. I contacted Charlie asking if he would service the door and check for any issues. Charlie came next day, he was calm, friendly and knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. I left my house in a rush this morning and I was tired so, subsequently I forgot to pick up my keys. As soon as the front door closed, I realised what I'd done. I phoned Charlie and he answered immediately. He came out and was with me within 25 minutes of calling. He managed to open my door without changing the lock either.
