I ordered two special security front door keys which had to be ordered in and were ready for me to collect in a couple of days. Friendly and efficient service.

Absolute Security recently attended our school site to carry out remedial works on our toilet block doors. Their team was friendly, professional, and polite throughout the process. They offered reasonable prices and responded quickly to our request. We are extremely satisfied with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing service, I called at 8pm and Joe met me 45 minutes later, he didn't have the appropriate lock so instead of waiting until the following day he went to the shop and came back and fitted a new lock at a very fair price. I left my house in a rush this morning and I was tired so, subsequently I forgot to pick up my keys. As soon as the front door closed, I realised what I'd done. I phoned Charlie and he answered immediately. He came out and was with me within 25 minutes of calling. He managed to open my door without changing the lock either. I would definitely recommend Charlie, he was so polite, friendly, yet professional at all times. A real life saver!

Charlie was great. Replied to my online enquiry within minutes and we agreed an appointment time later the same day. Would 100% recommend his services. My problem was a UPVC door which wouldn’t open. He sorted it out and serviced the whole locking mechanism. Even had time to give my dog a cuddle in the process so she recommends him too!

Charlie arrived today to fix my front door lock..he went above and beyond to get the door locking properly again and he had it fixed in no time. Very professional, friendly service and a good price considering he had to replace the whole locking mechanism and give me three new keys. I would definitely recommend Charlie to others .

I recently had a new front door fitted but unfortunately there had been a problem with the mechanism resulting in me being locked in my house a couple of times and I had lost all trust in the window & door company who fitted it. I contacted Charlie asking if he would service the door and check for any issues. Charlie came next day, he was calm, friendly and knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. My front door lock failed when I was away and neighbours couldn’t get in to feed the cats. Paul responded to my inquiry within the hour and offered same day or next day service. He carried out the repair at a very reasonable price. Paul is extremely polite as well as professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Paul when I managed to lock us out this evening. Answered his phone very quickly and with a few simple questions worked out the type of lock we had. Paul then came out really quickly and managed to get us in within minutes of arriving. Extremely friendly with very reasonable prices. I contacted Paul as my front door wasn't latching shut properly. He came to take a look the same day, and explained clearly both the problem and my options, including costs. And having sourced the replacement lock we agreed on, he returned and installed it a few days later. Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

Had to call out Barry in Sunday afternoon for a jammed front door lock and couldn't get in. He was fantastic. Arrived very quickly, replaced the lock quickly and efficiently. Wonderful service and reasonable price for a weekend call-out. Highly recommend him.

Barry was able to attend within the hour when my front door lock broke. It turned out to be not a straightforward job so he fixed a temporary lock and ordered the part needed and fixed it very quickly as soon as the part was available. Highly recommend!

Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. And the price was decent too. 10/10, will be keeping his number for the future.
