Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. And the price was decent too. 10/10, will be keeping his number for the future.

Excellent service from Paul when I managed to lock us out this evening. Answered his phone very quickly and with a few simple questions worked out the type of lock we had. Paul then came out really quickly and managed to get us in within minutes of arriving. Extremely friendly with very reasonable prices. What a great Guy. I had a problem with a conservatory glazing and a gutter between it and the house. Lee turned up on time, gave me a timeline for all bits of the work, completed them on time and was clean and polite. Oh, and did a good job! I will be using Him if I have any further glazing type requirements and recommend 100%.

Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

This firm provide brilliant service via Mr R Whatley, THAT EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS and is an absolute delight to have found. Used their contact form on website about stranded Ford Ranger with ignition lock stuck at night. They called back at 8am in the morning, came out and provided the perfect solution by 11.30am They even saved me on costs. Wonderful. If only more business experiences were available of such good service just think how much greater joy it would bring.

A couple of weeks ago this company was my saving grace! I had taken a class on a school trip and unfortunately lost my car keys. This company went above and beyond to help me get back into my car. It was essential as I was using my car to visit a loved one in hospital. They provided me with another programmable key and were very professional and fitted me in straight away. Absolutely brilliant! Can recommend as honest, trustworthy and incredibly helpful. Had an issue with my remote key fobs for my Range Rover not working properly which Land Rover garage wanted to charge me £260 to even take a look at but Herne Bay Locks suggested I pop down same day, saw me immediately, rectified the problem in literally 3 minutes flat and didn't charge a penny! Amazing service and will sing their praises to anyone needing locksmith services.

I left my house in a rush this morning and I was tired so, subsequently I forgot to pick up my keys. As soon as the front door closed, I realised what I'd done. I phoned Charlie and he answered immediately. He came out and was with me within 25 minutes of calling. He managed to open my door without changing the lock either. I would definitely recommend Charlie, he was so polite, friendly, yet professional at all times. A real life saver!

I recently had a new front door fitted but unfortunately there had been a problem with the mechanism resulting in me being locked in my house a couple of times and I had lost all trust in the window & door company who fitted it.
