Although the job was not urgent, he was able to get to us within a couple of hours and he arrived at the time he gave on the phone. He quickly found the issue and gave us advice on how best to repair it given that it will be replaced in a few months.

I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. Excellent service, very pleased. I was having a nightmare getting copies of my master keys, I tried various key cutting companies and it didn’t work. This meant multiple trips back and forth for a year until I found this company. I got them to change my lock and create copies of the keys. This was done efficiently and customer service was excellent. I am finally able to give copies of keys to my lodgers. It was really becoming difficult after multiple shops couldn’t cut the key right. Absolutely no issues with this service, person who came was lovely and replaced locks either like-for-like or changed them slightly on request (wanted front door to be lockable from the inside without a key, so now we can turn something instead of having to go and find our keys to answer the door!) also gave lots of spares.

We’ve just moved into a new home and wanted our front door locks replace so we wanted a local locksmith and we found A Short locksmith who was brilliant from the start sent a email saying what we wanted and got a reply straight away. Matt was prompt, professional and a master in his field. I would not hesitate in recommending Kent Auto Keys! My keys went missing at the weekend and it was the only key I had for a W204 C Class Mercedes. Main Dealer price for replacement key was way over Kent Auto Keys and they expected me to get the car to them.
