This firm provide brilliant service via Mr R Whatley, THAT EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS and is an absolute delight to have found. Used their contact form on website about stranded Ford Ranger with ignition lock stuck at night. They called back at 8am in the morning, came out and provided the perfect solution by 11.30am They even saved me on costs. Wonderful. If only more business experiences were available of such good service just think how much greater joy it would bring.

A couple of weeks ago this company was my saving grace! I had taken a class on a school trip and unfortunately lost my car keys. This company went above and beyond to help me get back into my car. It was essential as I was using my car to visit a loved one in hospital. They provided me with another programmable key and were very professional and fitted me in straight away. I would recommend this company as so many people had let me down and these guys were literally my angels!

Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. And the price was decent too. 10/10, will be keeping his number for the future.

Absolute life saver! Called at 6:50pm and had a lovely guy out to me by 7:20 we was into my car within minutes. My son has medical needs so having a car is a necessity to transfer him in time to get help. So having someone who picked the phone up and came straight to me was amazing. Excellent service from Nic. Needed spare keys for a used car that we had bought that only came with one key. Rather than just giving him the registration number, he wanted access to the car and remaining key to check that the new keys opened the door and started the car before he handing them over to us. Would definitely recommend!!

I had a remote key where one of the buttons was coming apart and I saw Nic’s Replace My Car Key company advert on a Facebook group. Nic did an excellent job of replacing my existing key fob with a folding one. The quality of the key fob is great and feels robust. Price was £160. It was £185 for a standard non folding replacement from Mercedes. I would definitely use Nic again and would highly recommend him.

I Inadvertently snapped off a key in my office cabinet that held lots of important documents. I looked online to see whether I could get a replacement - I checked a couple of companies and eventually found Cut Keys Direct. The advice I received to match my lock with the replacement key was first rate. I ordered on Wednesday and they arrived Friday morning. I have checked the keys and they all work better than the original. I would 100% recommend Cut Keys Direct for their advice, price and efficient service.

I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

I recently had a new front door fitted but unfortunately there had been a problem with the mechanism resulting in me being locked in my house a couple of times and I had lost all trust in the window & door company who fitted it. I left my house in a rush this morning and I was tired so, subsequently I forgot to pick up my keys. As soon as the front door closed, I realised what I'd done. I phoned Charlie and he answered immediately. He came out and was with me within 25 minutes of calling. He managed to open my door without changing the lock either.
