I have been waiting for my order for over a week however the order was placed late in the last working day prior to a bank holiday. I was beginning to wonder if I was going to get my order, however one should remember not everything is like Amazon prime delivery and that the keys are custom made to order. I have received a message from Richard who has assured me the order is on its way. I certainly can’t complain about the level of customer service provided to me.

I Inadvertently snapped off a key in my office cabinet that held lots of important documents. I looked online to see whether I could get a replacement - I checked a couple of companies and eventually found Cut Keys Direct. The advice I received to match my lock with the replacement key was first rate. I ordered on Wednesday and they arrived Friday morning.
