I've used Chris for 2 jobs on my house now. The first was a re-pointing job and the 2nd was replacing a garage roof from felt to fibreglass. It can be a bit nerve-wracking trying to find decent tradesmen but on both occasions Chris and his team have been a pleasure to work with. His brother Dave has actually run both jobs and has done an excellent job each time. They have been punctual, polite, skillfull and have tidied up after themselves. The re-pointing job has been so well done that unless you knew about the work done you wouldn't actually notice it blends so well into the rest of the building. One of the guys also came and helped me do some odd jobs around the house one Saturday. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and his team for any re-pointing or roofing needs.

Fitted our roof repairs in before Christmas. The two roofers that attended were very helpful and tidy. Excellent service from start to finish. I came home to find bits of my roof had fallen into my upstairs hallway. Roofline came promptly the next day and were able to provide immediate reassurance and a clear quote which was good value. When doing the work the team arrived on time and were exceedingly polite and respectful. They cleaned up thoroughly after they had finished including the inside of the loft. I called on Roofline Services as I had two large flat roofs in need of renewal from felt to fiber glass, I also needed all the moss removed from the front of my property + fascias , upvc windows cleaned, ridge tiles renewed etc sorted in fact you name it and my roof needed it done. After meeting Maurice I felt confident Roofline were capable to sort all the work / repairs I needed to restore my roof to my satisfaction. I was also planning to have a solar system fitted to my flat roof after all the work was completed, I was very impressed with how Maurice and his team in the way they cooperated with the solar installers regards fixings for the panels and cable runs so as to allow a neat installation for me. We first met Sam 6 months ago when he agreed to take down two chimney stacks from our nearly 100 year old bungalow in Whitstable. We were very pleased with the efficient and timely way he and his team dealt with that job, so really delighted that he agreed to take on a project to reconfigure our floor space to create a new kitchen, bathroom and additional cloakroom. The work involved removing internal walls and chimney breasts, and repairing ceilings and floors damaged by long term leaks. Sam worked really hard to make sure the project ran smoothly and timely, so as to minimise the time we were without basic facilities. All the trades that were required, plastering, electrics, plumbing, tiling and carpentry were carried out to a very high standard, and the project was completed in 6 weeks. I couldn’t fault Sam and his team in any way. Always on time, polite and cheerful, even under pressure, and just all round really nice guys. What’s not to like! Highly recommended, and I will certainly be calling Sam up for any future projects.

Sam and the team did an amazing job removing our gas chimney - we’re so pleased with the result! It ended up being a much bigger job than planned and was a nightmare at points, with issues emerging daily. Sam supported us brilliantly and professionally throughout, reassured us and worked really hard to give us the outcome we’d originally wanted. We can’t praise the team enough! Ryan was super on the electrics and helped us with some future proofing, which will save us hassle down the line. Sam was even up for clearing the moss build-up on our roof! We’re hoping they’ll be able to do the next phase of our renovations as trusted contractors are so hard to find! We’d highly recommend these guys!

I contacted Luke and left a message and he got back to me within the hour. I told him the problem I had with my guttering and he said he would call round that day. Brilliant! I had a hole in my roof that had been bugging me for weeks. Not too big but enough to start to cause a problem shortly with the winter weather coming in. Called Luke on Wednesday, he was round and had fixed it on Thursday within half an hour. Really nice chap, very professional and will be keeping him on speed dial just in case! Luke responded to the job request on Checkatrade promptly, gave me a quote and carried out the work the next day. They arrived on time and were quick and efficient, and charged less than quoted because when he got up on the roof found one bit of work wasn’t required. Lee and his team are brilliant. We have used them 3 times now for work including a roof repair when we first moved in, new gutters and fascias and now a full new roof. Photos taken and texted through each day of work, drone footage and videos taken to see all the areas we wouldn't usually see, insulation in the loft added to comply with regulations and building control signed off. Work is always completed on time, the team are polite and clear up after themselves and Lee and Amy in the office are patient no matter how many times I text them asking more questions!

We had a one ridge tile and the whole column of tiles below it replaced on the very edge of our end of terraced house. I approached Broadstairs roofing for a quote, John called me back within 24 hours to discuss my roofing problem, as per the website, and came round within the next few day to provide a quote. The work was then programed in within the next few weeks. The work was completed with no issues and everything was cleaned up after, the end result looks great. John was very approachable and customer focused, really taking the time to discuss the approach to the replacement of the roof tiles ensuring I was happy every step of the way. I had a leak in my roof causing water ingress in several places. John came out and assessed the problem the same day and gave me a quote on the spot. Excellent local roofing company who I’ve used a few times now. They replaced my ridge tiles on the top and side of my roof following storm damage a few years ago. They came quickly to replace all the tiles before we had any more bad weather. I recently had a loose tile on my bay roof and John came round and re-set it for me. I cannot recommend them enough, they will always come out as soon as possible especially when you have an emergency. Will rebook them again in the coming months to clean my roof, which is full of moss and constantly blocking my guttering and covering my patio. Great company who always provide a great service!

Shopped around & decided to use this Co. So glad I did. The quote for the job, was just that.No hidden extras. No hard sell. Courteous, professional & a fabulous overall job. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.

We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Highly recommend Affordable roofing, all the guys were polite and professional and reasonable priced and will definetlely use them again

Very professional. Good communication and work carried out quickly and efficiently. I had all felt and battens replaced as badly needed renewing. All tiles removed, cleaned and put back into place.
