I have no hesitation in recommending Adam Grasby Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work. The service I received was amazingly professional from the outset. The quote for the work was very competitive compared with others we received and it is also very helpful that Grasby Roofing can provide a scaffolding service as well if required.The whole process was super efficient. Although this was a relatively small job, the scaffolding went up, the work was carried out and the scaffolding came down within a period of one week. The quality of the work was excellent and I intend to use Grasby roofing in the future which is highly likely as we have a period Georgian house with the original roof which is susceptible to tile and Kent peg slippage in high winds. On a personal level, Adam is a thoroughly nice and genuine guy. His advice in general reflected his years of experience and very importantly I felt confident that he was the man for the job.

One if the things we liked about Adam of Greaby roofing was when he came to quote for a new roof. He came looked at what needed. While Tommy was completing a roof repair for a neighbour I asked if he did fascias, he was quick to confirm he did and when he finished came and checked what I needed. How refreshing to deal with somebody who is more concerned with doing a quality job rather than how much he can make out of it. We were very happy with his quote and he was happy to get it done before Christmas. The result is we now have new fascia and soffit and guttering that looks amazing, he even did a small porch as well. Thank you Tommy, thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant! I had a hole in my roof that had been bugging me for weeks. Not too big but enough to start to cause a problem shortly with the winter weather coming in. Called Luke on Wednesday, he was round and had fixed it on Thursday within half an hour. Really nice chap, very professional and will be keeping him on speed dial just in case! Would definitely recommend.

Gutter leak I spoke to Luke on the phone ,he said he was in Dover 8miles away ! He said he could be with me within the hour which he was.luke greeted me with a smile and a handshake . He said he had the materials on the van to fix the problem, he completed the job in 20mins , Luke is a very polite man and very efficient at what he does ! I would highly recommend him, five stars all round .

Luke responded to the job request on Checkatrade promptly, gave me a quote and carried out the work the next day. They arrived on time and were quick and efficient, and charged less than quoted because when he got up on the roof found one bit of work wasn’t required. We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Highly recommend Affordable roofing, all the guys were polite and professional and reasonable priced and will definetlely use them again

Shopped around & decided to use this Co. So glad I did. The quote for the job, was just that.No hidden extras. No hard sell. Courteous, professional & a fabulous overall job. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.

Excellent service from start to finish. I came home to find bits of my roof had fallen into my upstairs hallway. Roofline came promptly the next day and were able to provide immediate reassurance and a clear quote which was good value. Sam and his team are really helpful, professional and reliable. They renovated our 3 bed 60's property (which was very dated!) to a clean and modern look to a very high standard. Taking out load bearing walls, replastering walls, fitting our kitchen, laying flooring and everything in-between. We first met Sam 6 months ago when he agreed to take down two chimney stacks from our nearly 100 year old bungalow in Whitstable. We were very pleased with the efficient and timely way he and his team dealt with that job, so really delighted that he agreed to take on a project to reconfigure our floor space to create a new kitchen, bathroom and additional cloakroom. The work involved removing internal walls and chimney breasts, and repairing ceilings and floors damaged by long term leaks. Sam worked really hard to make sure the project ran smoothly and timely, so as to minimise the time we were without basic facilities. All the trades that were required, plastering, electrics, plumbing, tiling and carpentry were carried out to a very high standard, and the project was completed in 6 weeks. I couldn’t fault Sam and his team in any way. Always on time, polite and cheerful, even under pressure, and just all round really nice guys. What’s not to like! Highly recommended, and I will certainly be calling Sam up for any future projects.

Sam and the team did an amazing job removing our gas chimney - we’re so pleased with the result! It ended up being a much bigger job than planned and was a nightmare at points, with issues emerging daily. Sam supported us brilliantly and professionally throughout, reassured us and worked really hard to give us the outcome we’d originally wanted. We can’t praise the team enough! Ryan was super on the electrics and helped us with some future proofing, which will save us hassle down the line. Sam was even up for clearing the moss build-up on our roof! Used All Roofs & Drone Surveys at the interest of our home buyers to get to the bottom of any issue with our roof, the survey was time efficient & helpful. The survey allowed us to see images in great detail of a number of issues, the team were very helpful in giving us an understanding of any repairs required! The survey was £299, compared to others they saved us thousands!! Have roofing repairs scheduled for the summer, very highly recommend! Lee and his team are brilliant. We have used them 3 times now for work including a roof repair when we first moved in, new gutters and fascias and now a full new roof. Photos taken and texted through each day of work, drone footage and videos taken to see all the areas we wouldn't usually see, insulation in the loft added to comply with regulations and building control signed off. Work is always completed on time, the team are polite and clear up after themselves and Lee and Amy in the office are patient no matter how many times I text them asking more questions!

Excellent local roofing company who I’ve used a few times now. They replaced my ridge tiles on the top and side of my roof following storm damage a few years ago. They came quickly to replace all the tiles before we had any more bad weather. I recently had a loose tile on my bay roof and John came round and re-set it for me. I cannot recommend them enough, they will always come out as soon as possible especially when you have an emergency. Will rebook them again in the coming months to clean my roof, which is full of moss and constantly blocking my guttering and covering my patio. Great company who always provide a great service!

We had a one ridge tile and the whole column of tiles below it replaced on the very edge of our end of terraced house. I approached Broadstairs roofing for a quote, John called me back within 24 hours to discuss my roofing problem, as per the website, and came round within the next few day to provide a quote. The work was then programed in within the next few weeks. The work was completed with no issues and everything was cleaned up after, the end result looks great.
