We first met Sam 6 months ago when he agreed to take down two chimney stacks from our nearly 100 year old bungalow in Whitstable. We were very pleased with the efficient and timely way he and his team dealt with that job, so really delighted that he agreed to take on a project to reconfigure our floor space to create a new kitchen, bathroom and additional cloakroom. The work involved removing internal walls and chimney breasts, and repairing ceilings and floors damaged by long term leaks. Sam worked really hard to make sure the project ran smoothly and timely, so as to minimise the time we were without basic facilities. All the trades that were required, plastering, electrics, plumbing, tiling and carpentry were carried out to a very high standard, and the project was completed in 6 weeks. I couldn’t fault Sam and his team in any way. Always on time, polite and cheerful, even under pressure, and just all round really nice guys. What’s not to like! Highly recommended, and I will certainly be calling Sam up for any future projects.

Sam has been working alongside the lettings business for us and have to say the work and service he provides is worth a mention. They have been working in Deal for many years and we have known them for most of them, way before Sam knew that plaster wasn't just for a grazed knee! They are well worth considering at the very least for any works you have planned!

Sam and his team are really helpful, professional and reliable. They renovated our 3 bed 60's property (which was very dated!) to a clean and modern look to a very high standard. Taking out load bearing walls, replastering walls, fitting our kitchen, laying flooring and everything in-between. Sam and the team did an amazing job removing our gas chimney - we’re so pleased with the result! It ended up being a much bigger job than planned and was a nightmare at points, with issues emerging daily. Sam supported us brilliantly and professionally throughout, reassured us and worked really hard to give us the outcome we’d originally wanted. We can’t praise the team enough! Ryan was super on the electrics and helped us with some future proofing, which will save us hassle down the line. Sam was even up for clearing the moss build-up on our roof! We’re hoping they’ll be able to do the next phase of our renovations as trusted contractors are so hard to find! We’d highly recommend these guys!
